Shopped at this store yesterday around lunchtime. Nice and clean store with decent selection of products. But the worst part turned out to be the best part. Went to check out and of course there is only one lane open with a human to check you out instead of self check. The line was long and I was admittedly annoyed. Until…we got up close enough to encounter Annie (I hope I spelled it right!) She is happy, kind, fast, funny, and a real light! In fact, I ended up not minding waiting in line to see her interact with the people in front of me, including an elderly lady. I hope that she is recognized and it is acknowledged how GREAT she is! :)

Looking for FANTASTIC birthday cakes and cupcakes for a super reasonable price? My now 4year old daughter requested a Teal Unicorn cake with yellow writing and LOTS of sprinkles?? No problem! Sam's Club rocks!

Sam's club is awesome. The staff here is really friendly. The scan and go feature is the best thing ever. It's nice to not have to wait in line. I definitely recommend being a member here.

Shop here all the time, store's great but wanted to give a big thank you to STEVE who oversees the gas station - locked my keys, phone and purse in my car one day while I was getting gas. First time I'd ever done this so I almost freaked out but Steve was calm and collected and let me use the phone to troubleshoot the situation....he then went above and beyond and let me use personal cell when I couldn't make a long distance call to a family member. I was there for almost 2 and a half hours and Steve was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable the whole time. Meant a lot to me during a crazy experience - appreciate you Steve and hopefully Sam's will honor you for your awesome customer service! Thank you again!

This is a long one .. I applied for a position here, got the job. Scheduled my orientation accidentally for the same day I had a checkup appointment for my pregnancy. I rescheduled my orientation for the following week after my Dr appointment. However,  that following week the only running vehicle my husband and I have was having issues. My husband works close to Sam's Club and walks over 2miles to get to work, I am 18weeks pregnant. There is no way in hell, I am putting myself in a position in the summer heat to walk to and from work that far or further, especially if I end up working nights .. Dangerous while pregnant. So I called and was trying to ask them to take me out of their system as I did not want to disappoint the company. The manager I talked to Jodi, told me there was no way they could take me out if their system so I just needed to reschedule my orientation again. I was like ok, if thats the only way. So we agreed on the 27th of July. The very next day Jodi calls me, tells me she forgot our conversation and needed me to confirm my pushed out orientation date that we had already agreed on so she can put it in the system. I went into my account I had put the application in through and the date was already changed, so her voice-mail message was in my opinion unnecessary and just added stress that I don't need during my pregnancy. So I changed my orientation date to today, August 3rd, hoping our vehicle issue would get resolved. Never guaranteeing that it would be. It is on me that I did not call to communicate the vehicle still wasn't running and we lost it due to it breaking down on the road. However, today when Jodi called me I did not appreciate the way she talked to me, the words she put in my mouth and when I tried to correct her on what I had originally said she tried to be intimidating over the phone. I hung up mid sentence because I do not put up with that type of behavior. I really love Sam's Club, I love being a member there and all the good deals and prices for their items. I will no longer be looking to them for employment as I do not feel it is a good work environment for myself. In my opinion I saw red flags that cause stress that could be avoided and make the work environment much better.

This review is regarding the fuel station. It's such a cluster every time I go to get gas and it's because there is no rhyme or reason to where to enter or exit the pumps. There should be one way to enter and one way to exit so that people aren't facing every direction and someone who's been waiting doesn't get janked by someone who pulled in a different direction then the person that was waiting and didn't see them.

The owner of the sushi restauranti manage shops here every week and had recently been racially harassed by an employee and when we went to the manager Judy, she assured the problem would be taken care of and that employee wouldn't be on the floor. But the harassment had continued, we will shop for our restaurants elsewhere now

I purchased 3 packages of fillet, “prime” grade, and it was awful, however, it was also very expensive. Being expensive is not the point, when you spend $160.00 in meat that is labeled “prime”, it better taste delicious, but that was not the case. The meat was absolutely flavorless; it felt as if we were chewing celery. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that it has happened. Sam’s club needs to stop selling meat that doesn’t meet the label in which they are selling it. Very disappointed!
