Costco Wholesale

My first visit to a Costco. Lots of great prices and lots of things I've never seen before. Very busy at this time. Hard to find a buggy. Long lines at checkout. Blueberry muffins from the bakery were delicious. It would take several hours to really shop this store.

It's definitely different than the Costco in Fort Worth Texas. Bakery items are scattered throughout the building. Wine selection is smaller. But has different food which was great. Glad we stopped while on vacation.

Worst Costco I have ever been! Basel a supervisor is rude! Apparently there was a problem in the system where I was showing removed from my disabled mom’s account. I was told I had to have a membership to buy her groceries! Then I was dragged by rude Basel to two different locations around the store with him stopping to explain my situation to every co worker on our way around the store. All while my autistic child wondered in confusion. This man also told me I was not allowed to take pictures in Costco 😒 is this how you treat all costumers that spend hundreds in your store? Sams club has better customer service! Im outraged

Part 01 If you're considering this place for EMPLOYMENT find somewhere else. I mean this as someone who used to work here couple months ago, don't listen to what people tell you online or even in person. The work place is toxic and unbearable. I've work different retail jobs before but I've never experienced this level of toxicity. 1. They overwork you to the bone, expecting you to stay overtime, else you know what happens? They give you a write up. Yet if you're white you get away with anything and I mean literally anything, even stealing if you're slick enough. I know this because I'm a minority and got a write up for leaving on time (5 hours, which you cant go over) when an employee in the same situation who was white got away with it. 2. They always short staffed caused no one wants to work at this location, if you apply for front end and don't know how to say no they'll send you to food court where it's always short staffed, overwork and underappreciated. The food court employees are expect to work 200% over the amount they get paid 3. Working here you have to look out and be careful of the people you work with, you can joke around with them, treat them nicely but if there's a chance for them to report you to higher up to get a raised, trust me if you give them a chance they'll go out of their way to ruined your life.

If you want to feel like you’re at a TSA checkpoint use the self-checkout lanes at this location. I understand they’re cracking down on people sharing their membership with non-members but no need to be so aggressive about your approach. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to this Costco for over 3yrs now. There has to be a better way to implement a new policy that doesn’t include harassing your customers and physically restraining their shopping cart. Do better.

I've been using the Costco pharmacy in Aurora to fill my prescriptions for awhile now, and today I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I was having trouble selecting some products and Madison was not only helpful, but was very patient. The pharmacist, Aaron, gave me stellar service helping me select the right product. That same day, I had to return something from earlier and had lost my receipt. Greg was very helpful and Aaron again went above and beyond making things right. Without meaning to be a difficult customer, I definitely tested all of them but they remained patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I've been with Costco/Price Club for 28 years. I tried Sam's Club Pizza this week and it was way better! Try it, you'll taste the difference! Costco's Food court has gone downhill. The Mango Smoothie tastes just like Mango baby food. Costco needs to turn things around. Their prices have gone way up. Looks like it's time to move to a better Club.

Everything you need and all in one place! I can't say anything that you don't already know except that I have found that TUESDAYS tend to be the least crowded and the days with the best selection. SUNDAYS are the best days for TASTING. Beware the parking lot.

Double check the prices!!! the listed price on a pan was $5 more at check out. I'm disappointed it took extra steps to get it fixed. Not the first time the listed price was wrong.

First time ever shopping at Costco. Went because of some sales and i wanted to use my new membership card. I got it early last year. Found the items I was looking for. Didn't realize how long the lines can be. People start lining up 1/2 hour before the store opened. The items I think are lower priced then some of the other large warehouse stores. Staff were very friendly. Didn't know they only accept Visa cards or cash. There machines will not accept Mastercard. That I thought was odd.
