Costco Wholesale

I will not be going back to this Costco. Cashier named Monserrat was rude and throw my products on top of each other without regard and had a nasty attitude for no reason but being a customer. Costco employees have always been courteous and provided service with a smile. Not this one!

Great Costco! We usually go to this location since it’s near our house. Awesome and well organized! Always stocked up, produce and rotisserie chicken delicious, and helpful staff! They also have some sample stations for food around the store as well, and they’re always tasty! Sampling station staff are also super nice as well. The muffins are also YUMMY!!! And checkout was smooth. The food they have there right after checkout is also super yummy, especially their sundaes! Anyways, great Costco. I’ll still keep coming back!

Excellent place the staff go out of their way to help you with your needs. I the cook Michael went out he's way help me with my meal. I've would have loved to give a bigger tip. Next time. Elvia made a success out if my visit. No one else could find the product I was looking for after driving an hour south—even though I knew they were trying to close she made me feel very welcome. She is awesome! America helped me load my car. I worked at Costco for a little myself and know she went above and beyond to do that. There are some amazing people that work here.

It was super busy but happy they have these items back in stock. Also Madeline's are back. Yeah Costco.

The staff is very nice here, but the store could be organized better. Every time I go I feel like the other customers there are a little rude, especially when the store is busy. There are not as much checkout lanes, as this is a smaller Costco, so understandable. I'm a vegan and this store lacks some of the options the other stores may have, but I still go since it is down the street from my house. Overall when we go it's a good customer service experience, it's just other people and the size that are the downfall.

This is a pretty crummy Costco. From the four left turns it takes to get to from the highway, to the cluster of a parking lot, to the stressed employees, to the unnecessary checks of your Costco card while inside, to being treated like a shoplifter on the way out, I just avoid this one. Also, why is everyone at the tire center so angry? Somehow, everyone at optical are great. It's like an island of customer service in a sea of hate.

The aggressive employees walking around to people asking for membership cards is a bit much. First off you have to show it to get in, second off you have to show it to check out. You also have to show your receipt when you leave the store. All of this combined, I struggle to understand the passive aggressive way employees approach shoppers who are paying for a membership mind you to ask for proof that they belong there. I feel like this store in particular has gone down in quality. For clarification, I was asked a total of 8 times to show my membership card in the 20 min I was in the store.

Warning: Not only are they checking you at the entrance and exits and registers, but they now have security more aggressive than tsa checking your face on your card that is willing to get physical. You are guilty until proven innocent. If they don't end this form of loss prevention soon, they are going to get someone seriously hurt.

I got drawn in by the wholesale prices, consistent quality and top-notch return policy. In my experience, all of the employees here are helpful and professional 100% of the time despite the mind-numbing volume of sales they seem to have. And the free samples are back! I would rate this place 6 out of 5 stars if they were immune to nationwide shortages.
