"Hot dog, ice cream, and pizza available for purchase at great price."

"The selection of food, clothing, and house hold products is amazing."

For his foot as it was, and it also being a weekend, I was really amazed at how fast all the lines were even for the membership. Of course, always an amazing selection. There was a few things I was looking for that I didn’t find but all in all a very satisfying trip.

Easy to get to….. off Hwy 25. I’m from Florida and we have our liquor stores adjacent to the Costco building. Maybe a State ordinance but here in Colorado…… they don’t list it on the “Dept menu” but they’ve move the outside Liquor Store to the inside!! Yeaaaa!! This store seems to have wider isles and it’s extremely clean!! Go Costco !!!!

I have rated about 4 or 5 (probably more) Costco's over the years, and the reviews have always been highly favorable. Great products, great values, huge selection, lots of parking, the cheapest gasoline and surprisingly quick checkout in spite of crowded stores on the weekends! Not just food but auto parts/tires, hard goods, phones, laptops, cookware, eyeglasses, travel, vitamins and supplements, electric razors, indoor and outdoor plants and on and on! Friendly and helpful customer service as well! It's very rare when I have to return something and it's usually my mistake for buying it in the first place!

Costco, as a company, definitely has some room for improvement. But, I'm not an employee. As a customer, this is a pretty great Costco. It's always clean and always packed (with supplies and shoppers). I refuse to use self-checkout. REFUSE! I see only how that benefits Costco's bottom line. You can't ring up things from the bakery because they don't have bar codes. Everything doesn't always fit on those little weighted trays. They don't give you the scan guns to quickly scan what's in the cart already. There's not enough room for everyone and their carts to fit through. It takes forever for an employee to come help when you hit the button. You have to load and unload the same item 5 times instead of 3. It makes more errors, which means receipt checks at the exit take longer, and that line backs up. Overall, I wish we would all just boycott the self-check so they'd actually bring back the humans. Dear Costco shoppers that are still using human checkout lanes, Either flip your stuff in the cart barcodes-up before it's your turn or get it all on the belt before it's your turn. Sincerely, Everyone behind you

We’ve bought all of our meat from Costco for years. The past year has made us Re-think our choices. We just grilled a NY strip, the last in the package that we’d bought, and it was awful. Again. The meat is so chewy! The flavor is okay but I don’t want to work to eat my steak! In the past, the meat has always been great but no more. We’ve tried both Choice and Prime- no discernible difference other than price. What’s going on? There seems to be a problem with your suppliers because we haven’t had a decent steak in a year or more.

Beware: Costco technician installed 4 new tires on my vehicle that resulted in gouges and scratches on all my factory black rims After reporting this to the service supervisor he said that he knew what had caused it in their process and would help me file a claim. But he did not. I felt suspicious and the next day I went in to talk with GM and explained what happened. After that, GM gave a claim paperwork to fill out. Today a lady from the claim department has declared that she denied my claim in spite of their fault. She was rude. Then, I argued with her that all the scratches on four wheels caused by placing a tire machine's duck head not properly on the edge of my rims. It was not intentional, but it was negligence, nonetheless. I patiently waited over a couple week for the claim to be processed for this shameful declaration by Costco to a long-time customer and customer service was so rude.

What has always felt like a very racist store is becoming more apparent with their new policy to check peoples cards at self check out. While shopping today the man working the self check out casually checked his white patrons cards with no questions ask. However, when it came to me, he snatched my Citi Costco Visa card out of my hand and proceed to say is this you? Excuse me. I snatched me card back and he proceeded to say, I need to see this again. Then told me I need to update my card and then looked over at my friend and said oh wait is this you. Discrimination at its finest. First of all; my credit card is my legal tender of payment and no one should feel entitled to grab my card from me EVER. I understand checking peoples memberships but the way this store is allowing their employees to question people and make them feel like they are lying or doing something wrong is out of control. Not only is this unprofessional; it makes me want to stop shopping at Costco all together. Maybe invest is higher quality photos if you’re that concerned about matching someone’s identity because it’s not going to happen with the black and white photos. According to Jeff the supervisor they should not be grabbing anyone’s cards and for him to do that was absolutely NOT okay. He said the guy was a supervisor in training which is super sad because your supervisor is openly discriminating minorities yet isn’t doing the same for the white patrons. I hate to break it to you but I’m half white; I just don’t look like it and been discriminated my entire life. Do better Costco!!!!!!

Edit March 2022: the store now sells liquor and alcohol. They have a wide variety of wine and spirits inside the store as opposed to a liquor store on the side of the building. They do require IDs regardless of membership infos and whatnot. No exception. The store is always well stocked up. Staff is super friendly. And the food samplers are always a welcomed sight. I know many people who go there just for that. Nothing wrong with it. My only complain is the some days, more often than not, the wait at the registers are atrocious. Even with all lanes opened, it isn't as seamless. But at least they say busy trying to get things moving. Also wait at the membership desk is terrible. Doesn't matter the time of day. Parking too expect to roam around if you're looking for a closer spot. Otherwise, there are usually spots further away from store. All in all, Definitely worth the price of admission.

I mean it's a Costco. If you need 5 lb of gummy bears, eight trash cans or 64 rolls of toilet paper they've got you covered. You can spend $873 and then get yourself a slice of pizza, a hot dog and some ice cream as a reward. What's not to love about that? What's not to love about that?
