Costco Wholesale

This is by far the worst Costco I’ve ever been. The last four time we left this location we’ve vowed we’d never return. They never miss a chance to disappoint. Shame on me for continuing to go back. River point location is better in every way. We will go out of our way to avoid the lone tree location.

Wonderful Costco always feels clean and organized. We ate lunch and unfortunately did not receive a good salad and they simply refunded my order. It was nice and customer services was great. A little of a bummer the ice maker for the drinks is still not working hopefully that will be fixed so🤞

I purchased tires from Costco a few months ago. The tire light came on, so I came in to get it fixed, you know, since that's the whole point of buying tires at Costco--the convenience of just getting it done hassle free. Well, they refused to help, so I took it over to Discount Tire, who were more than happy to assist. I'm aware that not everyone who works at this joint is lazy and useless, but the Auto Shop most certainly fits the bill.

Can anyone really say anything bad about a Costco Wholesale? They sell a lot of everything. No matter what you want(unless it is eggs, in which case they are probably out) they have it. Great deal on Uncrustables. And most important, bathrooms are well lit so you can snap a selfie letting your Instagram followers know how wild of a Friday night you’re having.

I've been with Costco/Price Club for 28 years. I tried Sam's Club Pizza this week and it was way better! Try it, you'll taste the difference! Costco's Food court has gone downhill. The Mango Smoothie tastes just like Mango baby food. Costco needs to turn things around. Their prices have gone way up. Looks like it's time to move to a better Club.

Honestly debated becoming a member here for a long time, and finally joined. I’ve been three times now and every interaction has been a terrible one. The customer service is beyond bad, and the employees clearly hate their jobs. It’s left a very bad taste in my mouth, and only come here when absolutely needed at this point. The employees treat you like scum, which is insane considering I had to become a member to even shop here. I just called to try out the prescription service, asked about heartworm medication for my dog and the lady talked down to me and was extremely rude, acted as if I should know their procedures, said I had to have my vet call Costco and hung up on me. I called my vet, she said normally Costco can request it from the vet and approve, which I also thought was the case but the rude lady at Costco prescriptions said that wasn’t an option. My vet then called, and tried getting it handled and she said she was extremely rude to her also, and said only the doctor could call and request heartworm medication. My vet called me back and said the doctor would call and hopefully Costco calls me once ready, but the process seems extremely broken and the female employee answering the phone at 10:30am in prescriptions on Monday the 28th of august was very rude and hates her job, as does everyone I’ve met at this place. I do not recommend this location.

This location does a fantastic job! I’ve always had good experiences, but today was one worth the 5 stars. Lisa helped us during the beginning of our shopping and was the same person to check us out at the door. She went out of her way to be helpful and she was truly kind. Thanks Lisa!

It’s Costco! If you want to get some Christmas lights, they’re already on display. And this store has a bonus, it sells alcohol.

Very helpful Managers & Supervisors ready to make sure you have a satisfactory experience. I work here part-time and our insurance is incredible. Costco has been my favorite place to shop for 20 years because, it's the BEST COMPANY on planet Earth! I encourage anyone to look into applying; if you love Costco as much as I do, you'll love working here too.

I appreciate the employees and how helpful they are and how hard they work! I would highly recommend for home projects whether flooring, HVAC, closet designs, etc., work with a company that teams with Costco. Not only do you receive better prices, but Costco awards Shop Cards as a bonus that for me was 10% of the cost of the project. This may vary. In conclusion, Costco is great! Don't forget to include during your visit a yummy hot dog and soda for $1.50!!
