Costco Wholesale

I Love costcos. I used to not believe in buying in bulk for just a couple.( no kids yet) however so much stuff we end up purchasing in the moment, I no longer buy because it's in my fridge or pantry and saves a lot of money from the random purchases. The store is spacey and have a lot of well known name brands as well as Kirkland brand( which in our opinion. Really does have great quality) The store offers a lot of taste testing and the also have a mini food mart which you can purchase super good and affordable options such as a hot dog and a drink for $1.50. I'm excited to continue to shop here and will be back every few weeks.

Great store and location. Good selections, friendly service and decent pricing. Gas station on site and tire center too. Popular spot that can get crazy busy at times so plan accordingly.

Hands down my favorite Costco to go to. Not as crowded as the other stores and the staff is always helpful. I can’t think of any negative experience I have ever had here. I’m going back today because I failed to remove the ground terminal on a battery replacement and just called them and they still have it and will remove it off the battery for me. The staff here are awesome

A well maintained and stocked Costco. No real negatives. Just get your $1.60 hot dog on the way out. Be cool if they had a cheap vegan option tho.

Went to this Costco today to get one item, a bag of dog food. Yes, I pay to be a member of Costco shopping. I checked out and saw the line to leave was backed up from the exit to the registers, with one employee carefully checking each person shopping cart and receipt. Nope, I wasn't waiting a line with multiple people with full carts. I walked past the line and I reach the exit, the lady checking receipts, yells at me to get to the back of the line, I told her I'm not waiting in a line for one item, I am not a theif, showing her my receipt and left. My time with Costco is coming to an end, we pay to be Gold Star Members and we should be treated as a customer and not as a theif. I get precautions to prevent theft, but Costco find a better way. Thats just dumb to hold people back that long, because someone might be a theif. You had a ton of employees roaming around the check out area watching to make sure we scan our items, so the second stage of delayed exit isn't a good play!

A half dozen people got involved in my checkout process and all but accused me of stealing a monitor, for which I had a receipt in my hand and that at least 2 of them saw me pay for at the register. They then proceeded to tell me not to leave while they "double checked" something. The hilarious concept of the people there trying to detain me aside, the pizza is pretty good when the food register works. 2 stars.

The Westminster Costco has exemplary customer service! Their employees and supervisors go above and beyond to be caring and helpful for their members. Everyone at the service desk that we talked to treated us with respect and genuinely cared about finding a favorable solution to our problem. We were very pleased with our experience.

If I could give less stars I would!! This place is horrible, took 3 hours to put on tires!!! My poor mother, the manager and employees are liars and have the worst customer service!! Reached out to a manager about my experience and she just told me to take my business elsewhere!! This is a horrible store and they should be ashamed of how they treat the elderly and sick. Save yourself some time and heartache and shop anywhere else

I shopped at Costco last Sunday, as I regularly do to stock up. At my arrival the person in charge to vigorously check memberships wasn’t at her spot, and I wasn’t going to go out of my way to find her to prove I’m a member. Lady shows up out of the blue and Loudly WHISTLES to get me to come back and show her my membership card. I have never felt more humiliated. As if I didn’t have to scan my membership at checkout. I mean I get it “members only” but was the lack of courtesy necessary? As much as I love Costco this did it for me and I will no longer be spending my money there. I’d much rather renew my Sam’s Club membership.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been here many times and used my bed-ridden mother's membership to buy her groceries. Never had a problem until today. The supervisor denied me to purchase our full baskets worth of groceries and said, "You can't shop here." I get that there are policies in place, but I feel as though I was singled out and verbally assaulted. When they could have easily asked me if I would have liked to sign up and become a member myself.. Very disappointing.
