I arrived 1030am not opening til 1230 WTH yes there’s employees inside. But no access for the consumer,! I'm here to pickup from the store after being hounded for an online order placed later to find out that the item was shipped to the store Customer service call to inform me that my item is at the store and ready customer pickup 30 days later this Rainbow location tried to send my order back to the warehouse which they couldn’t do. I called the store many times but no one picked up as arriving to the store. I see that they have been going through It, busted out windows and doors could be because of the way they treat their customers. 🤔

Super cluttered, but great prices 👍 just wish that the employees maybe would smile or at least be friendly 😀 The two who were working didn't seem to be at all interested in the fact that there were no size tags on any of the newer t-shirts that were hung up on the floor. Meh...

The store is too small for their inventory, it needs to be organized better. It is a chaos, hard to find anything. Sale items mixed with regular priced items. Sales girls always seem to act like they are busy and have attitudes. Children's clothing all mixed together. The store has some nice things but overall a HEADACHE 🤦🏽♀️

I was targeted by 1 young employee who followed me around 3 times and having me move because she didn't want to walk around in the empty isle. I felt threatened and when I asked why can't she go around, she laughed and said because it's easier to walk through. Then the 2 other girls started laughing. I felt so uncomfortable. I love the clothes and the selection but now I don't want to go back for my safety.

Why does online closing hours say 8 if the doors are locked by 6:55?! Either the employees are closing the store early or the hours need to be updated! Either way it’s not okay

The website site states they open at 10am. Upon arrival at 10:15 doors lock sign on the window states 11:00. Do disappointing that they can't update their hours so customers like myself don't drive all here just to find the doors closed

It’s A clothes Store Count You Registers And Open On Time . It’s Not That Hard . Online It Says Y’all Open At 10am It’s 10:40 And The doors Are Still Locked ! Change Your Hours If 10am Is Too Early For Yall !

Lots and lots of selection all sizes great shop! Not much space to move about in but more selection got this cute blouse
Never opens on time. Will have ppl wait outside but will open the door for some ppl and the retail clerks will tell the ppl waiting “we need 20 more minutes before we open” EVEN AFTER THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN!!
