This is the third time these kids gave us the wrong parts! Two different parts were totally wrong, and my husband even took out the old part, and wondered why this new part didn’t fit. So we can’t drive the car now, and it’s parked in the street. Another incident was that a muffler was ordered, waited a few weeks with no call back and found it was the wrong one. They supposedly ordered the so called correct one, and waited another few weeks because they had to get it shipped only to find it was another wrong size muffler again! I said to him to take it back for the correct one, but he said it will happen again and he threw the new part away. I don’t even think they know what they are doing..another time they ordered the wrong muffler, and never called again and they didn’t apologize. Poor customer service, and uneducated in mechanics. It’s not hard to research, and take time to make sure the part matches the make and model. I warm my friends to avoid Auto Zone.

So pulled into here around 9:30 our battery was having issues was worried it was going bad. Guy came out told us to shut off the vehicle off tested the battery told us it’s bad. So went into buy the battery the guy said it’s a computer reset battery that they couldn’t do it at that time because it was dark. So I asked can we get a jump and he said and basically in colfax for two hour to wait for Triple AAA.

Jose was a huge help last night. He tested my battery and alternator for free. I needed a new battery and it was not an easy installation. He was patient and so helpful teaching me how to replace it. As you can see my battery is not easy to get to. Thank you Jose I appreciate you so very much! !!

Waited in line... a customer yells to the counter, one of the counter guys where is something. He goes and helps him. Then checks him out. Guy looks at me I say we are all waiting in line. Doesn't matter. There was 5 of us in line.... my time is valuable just like everyone else.
