Alex was absolutely amazing. Friendly and professional. I got exactly what a needed and quickly. I needed wiper blades, and he helped me install them and had me wipe to see if it was perfect. The size was an inch short for the passenger side and he went and grabbed another and installed it for me. He was quick and like I said, very professional and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work, Alex needs a raise!

I purchased an alternator from the store on Illiff and Buckley. I gave all of the info for my vehicle. After discovering it was the wrong part, we brought in the old alternator as well as the new to exchange it for the correct part. They still tried to exchange it for the same one we purchased. You can clearly see the parts are not the same but the cashier argued with us. We decided to go to another advanced auto as they did not want to return the alternator, the location on Hampden refunded us and told us we could complain to corporate. We decided not to as we did get our money back but this was poor service.

I bought 2 windshield wipers there but they can't put it on bc of light rain. I said fine, I will be back when it's not raining. Later, when the sky was cleared but now they are short staff. I returned it and went O'Reilly. All good 👍 there!

Personnel seems to change a lot. But, they always manage to have friendly and helpful people/ staff to help with whatever you need

DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! A guy named Matthew Stallings, who claims to be the manager, was so disrespectful to my elderly mom (78 yes old). My mom purchased a battery from this store and Matthew Stallings wouldn't replace it while still under warranty because it was purchased on a discount. It's one thing to not replace it but while looking at my mom's receipt he says "I dont know if this you"!! Unbelievable! We were stunned to not only be disrespected for having chosen to spend her retirement pay through Advanced Auto but then to insinuate we could lying about who she is! This guy Matthew even asked my mom who the sales rep was! What? How do we know? Then tells us he doesn't have time to deal with us! Costco here we come! And I'll be calling corporate! Hard to believe he is in a leadership role! Unless he was the one not being honest!

Light bulbs for my Grand Cherokee were needed. Advance Auto parts had all the bulbs that were needed.

I was in need of new wiper blades, all three to be exact. Went to O'Reillys and the person helping me assured me that they were the correct size. He was wrong! Stopped in to Advanced Auto Parts and not only did the nice gentleman give me the correct sizes, he went the extra step and replaced all my wiper blades for me! This is the second time I have been to this auto parts store and they do NOT disappoint!! Very nice and helpful!! I have a new go to place for my auto parts needs! Thank you to the team at the Iliff and Buckley store location!!
