When i came in there already 3 customers there. Took about 7 minuets for them to get finished up which isnt bad. But once all the others were gone i was left there waiting.Had to wait 10 minuets just to get ahold of a check engine light checker. One of the employees actually placed a delivery order from the gas station after about 5 minuets of waiting. I'm pretty sure that's something that can wait until the customer gets help. I'll never come to autozone again. There's better choices.

Car stuff really stresses me out. On the flip side, my experience with this staff has been nothing short of amazing. They taught me about car battery care and even helped me clear up some corrosion on the battery. I didn’t even know they offered FREE battery testing! Great staff as they saved me from a lot of headaches.

Went in to get a car battery. 5 guys Apparently employees standing around behind counter, no customers. They all refused to install it. Battery installation is a free service and is posted in store. $250 sale lost. So I went to "Advanced Auto parts" battery installed in 5 minutes. Same battery same cost with a better attitude. @ Advanced

I stopped by today to get some windshield wiper fluid and windshield wipers. It was busy but they had a self checkout I used the first time. I needed help with how to put it on and they helped me by demonstrating. I came back in when I needed another wiper and more windshield wiper fluid. Next time I'll sign up for the rewards program. Terrible service. Came in to get oil because my car was totally empty. I had my 11 month old with me and when I picked up Bars Leak product it was leaking and some spilled on my son's hand. I went to wash his hand and came out and was ignored for several minutes before asking for help. I asked a few questions about a hissing sound I was hearing and employee seemed irritated I was asking questions. I bought the oil and had to carry out the containers, which were not bagged, and my son and his carrier I ended up taking them one at a time and leaving the carrier outside while the employee just watched. Then I asked about a funnel to put the oil in and the employee just shrugged so I ended up finding a plastic water bottle and cutting it to make my own. All this while another employee was helping another customer put ac recharge and completely doing everything for him while I had to struggle with a toddler.
