their online service is stupid bad with zero communication possible. local stores are better but they cant communicate and cant cancel orders, and they keep sending the wrong parts even when you make a big deal about getting the right thing. they really need to get with it. their setup for their business is just stupid.

Every time I go to AutoZone, I have a great experience. I don’t know anything about cars and the folks there go out of their way to help. They answer my questions clearly and with detail. They provide advice on how to install myself or in one case, the rep came out and installed the wipers for me. I have moved but I drive back to that location as I know I get great service 100% of the time.

This is where I come to get all of my parts. The staff is polite and very helpful and I haven't had any trouble trying to get what I needed here. They except old oil here for recycling and make it easy whether you are using a reusable container you want to take back or not. The few times I needed a code read the staff were helpful and helped me get what I needed to make it go away.

Tyson was awesome. I came by the store because my battery had died. I spent four hours waiting for roadside assistance to give me a jump and then I went straight to AutoZone and Tyson came out with the batteriy already prepared and all the tools ready to go. He double checked everthing. His service was courteous and reliable. It’s definitely the place for a damsel in distress to go to get help.I would highly recommend any AutoZone to anyone.
