Brakes Plus

My wife and I love the Brakes Plus. Vince was the absolute best and his customer service far exceeded our expectations! My wife needed new brake pads last week and they did a complete professional job. Then, I took my suv in for an oil change and tire rotation. This is our new go to spot and we highly recommend it! Thanks to Vince and the entire team at Brakes Plus in Littleton!

I want to give a huge thanks to Vince and the whole team! They were very helpful throughout the whole experience. Dropped my car off at 8 am and had it back by 1 with all rotors, pads and fluid. Very fast, helpful and overall exceptionally on top of things. They even helped jump start the car with their jump box. 10/10. Would definitely recommend this location to family, friends and anyone in need of a quick turn around. Thanks again!

This place is great and has done brakes and oil changes on my Subaru Forester. Vince at the front desk is super helpful, kind, and if you’re willing to listen, he will teach you small things about your car. Thanks for the great work guys and see you soon!

My ford escape died on a Saturday morning and, needed my car as I have two kids and need to get to work. We frantically were able to jump it but the battery died again. I called Vince at the shop, at 3:30, and he said he could replace the battery today! I definitely came in crying because I was so stressed. Vince calmed me down, and they got the battery in my ford. Thank you guys!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about you and your mechanics!

I would like to express my gratitude towards Vince and the entire team for their exceptional assistance during my visit. They were extremely supportive and cooperative throughout the entire process. Oh my goodness Vince and the team at this Brakes Plus location are incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient! I dropped my car off a little bit late for my 4 o’clock appointment and before 5 o’clock they had me out of there with an oil change and a new filter as well! I highly recommend this location! No nonsense, very communicative and the no other pitches trying to get me to opt in for another service! This crew helped me out with exactly what I came there for in record time!

I’ve come to this Brakes Plus location for the majority of my car needs - from oil changes to brakes and in between - and I’ve always had an outstanding experience. Vince, John, and the rest of the team are always honest, thorough, punctual and communicative. They go above and beyond to help and get to the root of any issues. Incredible service, organization and communication. My experience was wonderful with Jeff and Vince. The quote was met, the work was done in a timely fashion, and I was informed throughout the process. I am now a loyal customer.

Brought my car in for inspection, they turned the rotors in front and replaced the rears, and said they flushed the fluid. But what didn't they do? The passenger front lower slide pin was frozen! Made terrible noise and couldn't be removed. Had to buy a new bracket, set of pins, dust boots and drive all over creation for those parts and now after having done it all the sound is gone. Very disappointed they didn't check something so obvious, it's not like I wanted to spend my off days working that's why I brought it here but lesson learned my normal shop was backed up a month so I tried a new place and got what I deserved never again.

Had a great and easy experience at Brakes Plus - thanks to Vince for taking his time explaining everything to me. Everyone was kind and helpful. Will be back!
