Purchased rags that were marked clearance $1.85 Evan checked me out. The rags did not come up clearance. Evan and Hayden told me they would not give me the clearance price. Evan and Hayden explained to me they could not return the item. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Screw these two employees, they need to be fired and someone hired who doesn’t have a deer in the headlights look- someone who return the towels THEY MISLABELED! DO NOT GO HERE! My $13 visit became a $22 one because of refusal of two employees to return an item!!

Very helpful staff. Only one crew and he still managed to help me with a battery and what we thought was an alternator but the latter was wrong

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I ordered a simple air filter they said they would call when it came in. never heard anything went back a few days later still wasn't in I said you guys will call right? "yeah yeah we'll call" again no call. this was around Christmas so I went back at the beginning of the new year and they had put it on the shelf so I bought the air filter kept forgetting to put it in come to find out it's the wrong air filter. So I went back to return it of course I don't have my receipt but they look under my account and it says it has been returned. Im said clearly it hasn't been returned it's right here you know can you look at them during the credit card no we don't have that capability. I said okay can I get a store credit no we can't do that because there's nothing to return. Did you buy it at a competitor? I said well it would have been here o Riley so I go by oRiley's and they don't even buy that brand so he shuts me down. I come back I try to talk to them again nope so I said well looks like somebody's trying to cook your books and get a return on something that wasn't returned I said you guys lost a customer today cuz you obviously don't know what you're doing and you guys are crooks.

Came in today looking for a windshield wiper blade for my Subaru. Was basically ignored, not greeted upon entering the store. A worker walked down the aisle helping another person to the windshield wiper blades picked him what he needed and then while making eye contact with me walked right by me before I could even open my mouth and asked for help. So I left and then when I got in my car I looked up and realized that there was a redheaded bearded worker on the sidewalk, walking out behind me saying some thing. I didn’t quite hear what he said, but his face did not indicate that it was a pleasant sorry we missed you can we help you with anything. Seemed weird that I didn’t get any help when I was standing in the middle of an aisle in clear view of multiple workers but then I was followed out of the store. I have worked in retail for 21 years that is not the way to make customers feel welcome. Do better please.

Very helpful staff who can always help me find what I need and make recommendations. I appreciate their ability to lookup my specific vehicle on their computer and then provide options for what I'm looking for.

Helpful and friendly employees. Tried testing electrical system but their equipment here didn’t give a great answer as to whether alternator or battery was an issue. Found out at two other places my battery was in fact on its last legs and alternator was fine.
