I will not be going back to this AutoZone. I went in and placed an order for 2 parts and paid for them. I was told I would receive a cal in 3-5 days when they got in. I NEVER got a call. A week later I called and asked if they had been delivered. They said yes. I scheduled my mechanic appt fur the next day. I took part of my day of the next day and drove to next town to this Autozone to pick up my parts. They couldn't find them!!!! I waited for 20 minutes while the guy searched EVERY nook and cranny, box, backroom, shelves. After all that waiting - he came back with 1 part..... I'm like there's suppose to be 2 parts, I ordered 2 parts. He started looking at the computer order.....the original order was CANCELED as soon as I had placed the order and order had been replaced, but only 1 part was reordered. He said he works would order the other part and it should be here the next day. Why couldn't both parts had been delivered the next day the week before???? They did call me the next day and told me the part was in. I asked if they could see the part and if they had their hands on it, since I waited 20 minutes the day before only to not have them. They banged the box on the counter so I could hear it in their hands. Had to have my mechanic go pick the part up so he could finish the job. So frustrating and disappointing for a company to run this way.

I can鈥檛 say enough about the helpfulness and advice from your wonderful employee Andrew. He went above and beyond to help when my van battery died, walked down the street with me with the battery charger (turned out to not be the battery馃) and just in general was as polite and helpful as could be. Thank you!!!

Top-tier helpful and honest service. Jamie quickly and capably helped me diagnose why my check engine light was on, gave good explanations about what the problem was and how to fix it (disconnected sensor), and did not try to sell me Extra Stuff I Didn't Need for the fix. Ended up getting everything working again at no cost; I will definitely be coming here again for help and for parts.

Ordered part-paid-never arrived-never going to arrive! What?!@#%!?? I thought it was good customer service, but then the WORST thing happened! Story: I walked in ordered leaf springs for my truck (my only vehicle that fits all my family, so we arranged the delivery Tues afternoon to install Wed so our family is back on the road). They gladly ordered them, I paid extra shipping to have them here Tues, they gladly took over $1000+ and said they would call Tues when they come in. No call Tues, I called Wed they said they were NOT in and too busy to check the tracking (blew through the day I set aside to install)... today is Friday, they were suppose to be here today if I had not paid extra to have them shipped early, so I call again and the guy who answered couldn't even find it and said we'll just hope for the best and when they get here they will call... I pushed and pushed to get someone to look into this and finally the manager said she would look into it and call me back. She called me and said the manufacturer said they were out of stock and no projection ever to have them in, she offered a refund. After I was prodding further I asked if there was another vender/similar part/or the like that I could buy she said there wasn't anything. So, based on their commitment to order and deliver, I'm completely without a vehicle for my family and the refund will be processed but won't be back in my account until next week, based on their lack of follow through I'm now without a vehicle for weeks - having to cancel many things and now try to arrange to borrow/rent a vehicle in the meantime! Wow! There are no words without profanity that describe this mess they put me in!?!@#$%^&!!!
