Came in looking for a starter piece for a boat and was told it may or may not be something they could help with (understandable given the fact it’s for a boat) Max overheard and knew exactly what I was looking for. Stepped in and within 60 seconds had the part pulled up and asked if I wanted him to order it. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he deserves some recognition. Thanks, Max.

10/10 experience. My best friends car decided to take a dump on us and we were so distraught. Bryan especially really saved the day. They took care of us, gave us the information that we needed and made sure we had a safe ride home. I’ll never forget the wonderful customer service and company that we received here!! Promised myself I would never use O’rilley after they refused a return on an alternator when I was 16. Was forced to buy paint and they sold me paint that was completely the wrong color. Other shops were glad to exchange the used can for another color that would allow me to fix the issue created. The employee said he would do the same and then claimed that since the cans were empty that he wouldn’t do an exchange. I brought in a different can in with some left and he claimed I was lying and it was empty even though it was clearly heavier than the other. In general bad service and a dirty store and unhelpful employees. Autozone and advance were happy to exchange and had nicer stores with better employees. Never again

Larry does not know how to make a part come overnight cause that's what I requested and now won't come for days🤬 I call and I keep getting hung up on. I even asked him before I left he assur3d me it was coming tomorrow.

It took almost an hour to find the part that had been ordered for my '05 Crossfire. Evidently there had been a shift change and the part was placed in a spot where they couldn't find it. This has not been the first time I have had difficulty picking up a part that had been pre-ordered. I'm not looking forward to the next time I have to pick up a part there. I think I'll bring a book or a sandwich.

Always super helpful staff. Top reason to go here instead of anywhere else. Good selection of most everything automotive. Could have slightly better prices on average, but their sales are great. Military discount is very much appreciated and gives the final edge. I never go anywhere else.

Ordered a part that they had in stock at a competitor accross the street. When i tried to return the special order 15 minutes later and I asked why they wouldn't refund the whole amount caught nothing but attitude from Michael. It's 8 bucks. Not worth losing sleep about but definitely worth remembering next time I need a part.

I’ve been having trouble with my car battery all week. I went in today to see what was going on. The entire staff was on it at some point during my three visits today. They tested it and offered ideas on how to troubleshoot without having to just jump straight into a new battery. Ultimately that ended up being what was needed, which was absolutely ok. I appreciated all of their willingness to help and to go above and beyond to make sure we could take care of it today. THANK YOU to you all! You are appreciated more than you know! 😊
