Very frustrated. Went into O'Reilly because my truck wouldn't start without being jumped and I wanted the battery and alternator checked. An employee tested the alternator first and determined it was completely shot. I then thought he checked the battery, but later found out he didn't. Because we were told it was "most definitely" the alternator, we took the truck to the dealership because the alternator would have been under warranty. After a $175 diagnostic, we were told the alternator was completely fine, and it was actually the battery. We were very surprised it was the battery versus the alternator, so we called O' Reilly back. Come to find out, the battery didn't have enough "juice" to test it, which I was never told. Because of his error, we are now out over $500 and a massive headache. Won't ever do business here again.

Coop and Michelle are super helpful and resourceful team members and I always look forward to doing business with them. Mustache Mike how ever seems to have little or no mechanical knowledge or customer service skills. After having me repeat my self 3 times he gave up and referred me to Coop, whom found what I was looking for with a great attitude in less than 5 minutes.

Had the right part when I needed it. Was also 20% less than Amazon and I didn't have to wait. Great service as well.
They had what I needed for a price I was willing to pay. Staff at this location was easy to deal with and actually held the part when they said they would.
I have been to a few auto parts stores but I find the staff at O'Reilly to be consistently more helpful. They make eye contact and immediately offer to assist you to find what you are looking for.
I go to this location when I can. They are awesome staff is friendly and helpful

I honestly don't think I could've asked for a better experience than the one I had with Alan this morning. He was friendly, personable, and most of all knew exactly how to address the issues I was having with my vehicle and then some! I'm grateful to have crossed paths, as I'm confident his suggestions will ensure my vehicle lasts. I do not expect the above and beyond treatment I received today but I am nonetheless amazed. Keep up the great work!
