Went in to check on an auto part for my son's Nissan Maxima. It needed 6 ignition coil packs. I had priced on Amazon for $59.00 for all six. I was willing to pay a little more for same day replacement. Advance wanted $59.00 each i.e. $336.00 for the same parts I could wait 24 hours for and get for $59.00. Clearly, I waited. Ouch.

Frequent customer here, for the most obvious reason - as long as you purchase online, Advance usually has the best deal on what you need. On at least one occasion, they were the only parts store to have exactly what we needed (a combined wiper motor/washer pump for a 1980 Camaro) - and I mean offering it at all; even NAPA was basically like "you're out of luck". BUT - twice lately I have driven into town, a 30+ minute drive, only to find the store closed during hours when both Google and the biggest, boldest sign on the window say they should be open. The first time was Memorial Day, and I just assumed that was the reason. No biggie. Then it happened again yesterday, after I had just checked Google, which said they'd be open until 9p and that the open times "had been updated by the business 5 weeks ago". I get there, and there's a small sign on the door that says they closed at 6:00p. I'm not mad that they closed at 6:00p. I'm unhappy because they didn't update the site everybody uses to find out if they're open. [Update] I appreciate the response! Unfortunately the rest of the story doesn't improve. My wife picked up the order (#201694642) today. My order for Mobil 1 filter M1-210A had been filled with an M1-201A. So I'll be making a third trip for this one order.

Went in a little after 8 this morning to pick up oil. There was an employee sitting in the corner on his phone. Not a big deal. Grabbed my oil went up to the check out and waited a few minutes and the guy jus sat in the corner on his phone never got up to help me. I just left my stuff and walked out. Another auto parts store down the street that greeted and helped me promptly as soon as I walked in their store.

Everyone was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. And they were the only auto parts store on a SUNDAY that had the important parts I needed for my son's car repairs. He needed a new battery and radiator and they had both in stock and were ready in 30 mins just like the online email stated that they would be. I only order from Advance. And it's great to see their customer service is wonderful whether I'm ordering back home in NC or here in Colorado. So long story short, I highly recommend them for all your auto parts needs.

Typically hate this type of store because of rude, inexperienced employees, however the guys here were very helpful, and intelligent. They hooked me up with exactly what I need and even went through to tell me the difference in quality levels. Decent prices from what I saw, and fast, friendly, helpful staff. I know where I'm going to get supplies from here on
