I am leaving a one star review because I had ordered a part from the Greeley store they ordered the wrong part so I ask them witch store had it got told that we don't sell this part but then I brought in my part that had their part number on them got told that this part store sells them when I get here I ask them could I get a discount for there mess up he told me it's not my fault or this store fault so I can't give you one this is why I tell people's not to go to O'Reilly's anymore they never want to help customers u should go to autozone or advanced AutoZone

Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible service from these people. I waited there over an hour for someone to test my battery no one came to assist. I called the store because I was waiting outside and the five times that I called the employee. Riley said Yess will be right out. Finally started my truck drove 20 minutes away to the north Fort Collins location I was in and out in 15 minutes with a testing done and what I needed to resolve my issue.
came into this location to get a brake light replaced and Phillip went above and beyond to not only make sure of what part I needed, but installed it without hesitation, wasn’t even gonna ask him to do it! outstanding customer service 👍🏻
I had a few electrical components and wire splicing tools I needed. Phil was absolutely amazing in assisting me, not to mention was a very happy and funny guy 😂 I highly recommend this location for any car repairs, parts, or questions you have about automotives!

Came in to simply get a gas cap that was causing my vehicle to fail emissions. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and even complimented on the pickup I was driving. I was then immediately helped and was able to get my emissions passed before they closed
Bought a battery and changed it in the parking lot. Store associate did not want to help but was reluctantly willing to provide 3 tools (ratchet, flat head and needle nose pliers.) Had me waiting too long for first ratchet head, and it was too small. After waiting another almost 10 mins for associate to come back with right size I went in after it and was informed associate had gone to lunch… just left me standing in the parking lot waiting on him. Did not receive an apology or concern from other working associates, they just advised “he must’ve forgot” with a shrug. First time in 20 years I’ve ever received less then stellar service from this company.
I want to give a shout out to this specific O'Reillys particularly the amazing customer service I received from Nadine! In my opinion she went above and beyond to find a part I had to have when I was having no luck with other auto parts stores in my area. Thank you so much for making my Friday go from completely stressed to relieved!
They were open on time when autozone wasn't. They'll get my business from now on.
