Had a panic moment when my battery went out, and I just so happened to be close to this store. The guy that happened to be working there that night replaced the battery for me and was really nice and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars. I’ll definitely be back, but hopefully not for a while thanks to these guys!

Closes at 6pm, not 9pm. Please update your hours accordingly. I paid UPS real money to hold my package at a location and chose Advance Auto Parts _specifically_ because it was open until 9pm. Would have been nice to know the actual closing time that before I selected this location, and had to take time off work just to pick up a package which would have otherwise been easy to receive.

Went in for a battery a couple nights ago. The worker, Brendan, was extremely pleasant and fast got me a new battery and helped install and exchange my old one. He is a nice genuine worker and I appreciate the hard work he puts in!

Wow didn’t expect such place with everything one needs for driving in all conditions
I always get friendly, helpful service and advice here. A couple times the employees have told me the wrong part but they always handle the exchanges with no problems. They also have a good rewards program.
Jon, the manager was very nice! He even provided a shuttle service for me to my house so I wouldn’t have to wait there since I needed to get back to work. They were quick and took me in as a walk in. It was a free inspection and the price to replace my battery was affordable! I highly recommend! And they were done in an hour!
Called and they ordered a relay for my car. It showed up on time and the staff was friendly and happy to help me.

Went here a few months ago to get some advice about my battery. Two of the men that were clearly “inexperienced “ and rude basically said I was stupid for driving my car because my battery kept dying. When I called to comfort the little “loud mouth” sales man he hung up on men and was so disrespectful. I decided to call back and talk to the manger and he apologized but it wasn’t sincere. My son was with me so I was livid. Will NEVER go to this location again. Unprofessional and rude.
