Went in to have a headlight bulb replacement. Patrick and Steve were fast, professional and personable! All at no charge! I always trust Brakes Plus on Ken Pratt in Longmont to treat me right every time they service my vehicle!

Steve answered my initial phone call and got me scheduled for service the next day. Mike Pakiser took care of my vehicle at 9:30 am when I showed up on Thursday 7/27/23. He called back and gave a thorough diagnosis and quote for the repair - alternator and battery and transmission. I had my vehicle back by 12:30 pm Same Day! Incredible !! Their crew did a great job and great customer service. We've taken our Honda Pilot and our chevy Trailblazer there regularly. We trust this office who treats their customers well and does quality workmanship. Thank You!

Went in for an alignment and well, it did not meet my expectations. I returned to the store and stated my concerns. never once did I hear the words can't don't or won't. Instead, my truck was realigned, and it was perfect. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. They cared for my truck in the highest and most professional way possible. I can't say enough good things about brakes plus firestone except, YOU GUYS AR AWESOME!!!! Thank You again for your amazing customer service!

After an extensive service which included new struts, and replacement of the driver side CV axle, I discovered an oil leak. Called the shop late on Monday, they had me in the next morning. They found a defective seal and replaced it without question under warranty. Any shop that promotes and honors a no hassle warranty, has my vote. Great people, great service. I reccomend this vendor. Four stars only because I had to come back, but the customer service and support was great.

SCAM. ( I am a young woman who went in by myself.) I took my car to discount tire and they broke off two of my studs which was fine, they sent us to Brakes Plus for a free fix on them. I got to Brakes Plus and they told me that my Brake fluid was leaking and my Calipers were torn. Gave me a quote of upwards $700. My car had been at the Super Rupair shop only 3 days before this and they flushed my brake fluid and did a full diagnostic on my car and said nothing was wrong. So I called the discount tire, and the super rupair place and they said they saw nothing! I brought it back to the Super Ruair place to get a second opinion to see if something was wrong with my brakes and calipers and they said nothing was wrong. Steven told me that the other places "Weren't looking for these types of brakes." My car is in perfect condition...

My tail light went out and my husband works out of town. I was unable to figure out how to replace the light myself since I have a young baby. They saw me without an appt and didn't charge me for it at all. It was so kind and made my entire week. I really appreciate their customer service. They were also prompt and very kind!

Brakes Plus was recommended by my tire service provider. The ease of making an appointment to fit my needs was very convenient. I don't live in Longmont and I did not my service rushed. I was able to leave my vehicle at my appointed time, leave it for the day, then pick up before they closed. Ken Stillwell checked me in and listened to my concerns. When I picked up my vehicle, Mike Pakiser kindly provided an alignment coupon because of being referred by Tire place. This saved me $20. I will continue to come here and bring all of our vehicles here any needed service.

I was recommended to come to this location and they are the nicest guys! They got me in quickly with no appointment, and really listened to me when I was explaining the issues I was having with my car. Not only was the appointment quick, but they ended up not charging me to fix the alignment on my car. Even though I had already gone to 2 different auto shops before coming here, Steven and his team were able to fix the issue i'd been having for almost a month in under 30 minutes.

Amazing service, would recommend to anyone. Took a rather bespoke and complicated ex—ambulance in and they fixed my problems throughly. Mike was great to work with 10/10

These guys are truly the Best in the Business! I went in for a simple oil change and when Misty double checked she noticed my battery post was very loose, so she tightened the post as far as it would go but it was still too loose, so she enlisted the help of Steven who grabbed a tool to help make the post extra tight. Misty and Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was safe on the road and didn't charge me an extra dime. They simply provided excellent customer service. I will return there for all my auto concerns in the future. Thank You Misty and Steven!
