Meghan was so helpful! I came in with what I thought was a battery problem. As I have limited knowledge in cars, she was super helpful in explaining concepts in terms I could understand. Even though the problem was not the battery, she went out of her way to help me set up next steps.

The lady up front was really nice and they had good prices for the parts I needed, but there was a manager in back cussing and swearing about how lazy his employees are, and they also had no tools to borrow so I could install the parts I'd just bought from them.
Quick service, never seems super busy
I went in for brake pads and the lady behind the counter was so extremely rude to me. Last I remember it was part of the job to help figure out what brake pads that I need. She told me to go somewhere else and have them see if my brakes were double piston or single. I went right next door to Auto Zone and Kelly helped me out and she got a $140 sale. I have always been an Oreillys customer but I will never step foot into this oreillys again. I would advise finding someone that wants to do their job.
The customer service in this store is always the best!
Needed a new battery for my truck. Issac and the other employee (who's name I didn't catch) were courteous, helpful and fast. I was even able to borrow some tools to swap out the batteries.
Hit or miss, as with any auto parts store, seems to depend on the day.
