I had myself in a bad situation but they helped me out in many ways! They are the most patient people I have dealt with while dealing with my car. They are honest and will help you out as much as they can. Emily is amazing and extremely helpful! So glad I came across this shop. Will take my car here for future repairs or even just maintenance even if I live 30-40 minutes away. It is well worth the drive. Would recommend to everyone. Amazing people.

My car was stolen and recovered. It was returned with a punched front panel, wheels were damaged, a shredded tire and much more. I had no idea where to start. My insurance agent referred me to this store. Emily helped me with towing the vehicle from the Aurora impound without the promise that I would use her shop. She was so awesome and I appreciated her customer service. I felt very confident that I could work with her to get my electrical work completed. My insurance company proved to be another challenge. Emily kept in constant communication with me and the company. She and her tech person fought to have the work covered by challenging quotes and double checking the insurance paperwork. When the insurance company refused to pay for all four tires (two were damaged and it the car is an all wheel drive) Emily pulled out the owners Manuel, cited the page number and quoted saying all four tires needed to be replaced. I got the tires. They did everything I asked for with patience and kindness. I highly recommend this store!

Brought my vehicle in here because it was low on power and stalling and I couldn't deal with it anymore. Came in to this chain shop up the road and met Chad. Chad greeted me with a smile and was friendly throughout. I'm not a total laymen, but he made sure to answer anything in a manner that I was able to understand everything in. Called me early to let me know it was done a day early and explained everything they did. Transparency was great and some work I declined wasn't shoved down my throat. "I can just do it later" was nice to hear. Work completed to my knowledge was great. Had noticiblely more power on accelerating and was running below the old RPM level that concerned me. The short drive home wasn't really a good test, but I look forward driving heavily again to see what they did. The cost was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, however they found everything that was wrong in their entirety. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of in any way, just cost me more than I had figured. I'd go back again to get more work done here because how I was treated and found out they have a loyalty program so the future work will cost less.

I had a great experience working with Chad and his team. They got the work done quickly and professionally. Everyone working there was polite and helpful and the work was completed for less than I was expecting

Honest shop with reasonable pricing. Very transparent with what they estimate and the work that they perform. I would highly recommend this shop. Chad took great care to explain what needed to be done and exceeded my expectations on how fast they repaired my truck.

I dropped my truck off with them on a Friday. They said their tech wouldn't be in until Monday. No problem. They called me on Monday afternoon asking if I had come and picked up my truck. WTH! Some time between Saturday evening and Monday's morning my truck disappeared and no one has a clue who took it when it was taken or how it was taken. I asked about the camera's and was informed that only one of the several cams worked and it pointed straight down at the front door and did not show any of the parking lot. What good is a security system if it does nothing to secure anything. Now I understand that camera's do nothing to stop crime but they at least give you a time and a who did it. But this place is a set up for break ins and car thefts. And the mang. Could not say anything but "sorry we still have your key if you want to come get it". Thanks for all your help. They tried to rip me off . My lights and the wiper are still in good condition. The wanted me to replace them. Don't ever come to this place anymore. Thanks
