Audi Boulder is the best Audi service I had the chance to work with. I had an absolutely amazing experience. Every concern/issue I had with the car has been addressed and resolved, unlike at any other service I worked with. I think it is safe to assume that the entire team is equally professional and friendly, however I cannot emphasize enough my gratitude to James, Tina, and Steve! This team saved me so much $ on potential repairs past warranty period which is about to end very soon, carefully listened and never discredited any of my concerns. Thank you, Audi Boulder! You are awesome!

Shop is nice nice and clean and staff are helpful. My only issue is I was quote “about this price” only to find out taxes and other items weren’t included in my quote. Got things sorted, I guess this is to be expected when dealing with luxury car repairs AT a dealership. Just be sure to ASK the FULL price before you commit so as to not be so surprised at the difference.

Steve was absolutely fantastic! He was communicative and solved a huge problem for us! We planned to drive to the East Coast and our A/C broke and the part was scheduled to be delivered past our trip - he worked tirelessly to get the part and fixed our car so we could go. It meant so much to us!!!!!! We appreciate him and will continue to come back to him time and time again!

Top notch service! Convenient, friendly and quick. Service team was knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate Steve and the way in which he coordinated the service. We were back on the road in just a couple of hours.
I know the service was made complicated by my insurance company and having to work with a secondary shop. But Steve and his personnel are absolute professionals and handled everything so well. The professionalism was through and through and I know my car is in great hands whenever I need to have more work done. Thanks for everything!

Through great detective work my Audi technician identified an unseen and unexpected problem that could have led to significant consequences if not repaired. Once identified, the Audi Team secured the part and the repair was completed correctly. A special shout out to Eli and John for going the extra mile to coordinate with Audi and I to devise a repair plan that addressed the interests of all parties. They kept me informed of their progress and my A7 was back on the road quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire Audi Boulder Team!

My experience is always great when it comes to working with Eli and the service department team. The most frustrating part of the experience is that the Audi customer database is always incorrect. Many, many service advisers have corrected various entries over the years but the errors always creep back in. As a 2 Audi couple, my husband and I would love it if we could have separate customer profiles but linked to our two vehicles. The Audi db system is pretty clunky, the cars are however awesome.

I’m not sure really what was done on or with my car. My oil level was at the same level as when I dropped it off and there were no fingerprints in my engine area which was really dirty and easily showed my fingerprints when I opened the hood. I was supposed to have all fluids changed and I don’t think that happened. I overheard a customer service agent talking about how the techs aren’t doing the services they said they were which’s made me question. Also when I got home the seat back fell down and was stuck. When I called everyone made it seem like this happens often after a recall was completed. It was super unsafe as the seat was not completely connected and had moved on my drive home. Had somebody been sitting in it or something happened it could have been really bad. The customer service people said sorry but that didn’t cut it. I had to spend an extra 2 hours dealing with this. It could have been prevented if the tech had done the job correctly in the first place. Not acceptable.
