Thoughts my brakes needed changing so I came to Midas. This store and staff were awesome! They were honest and told me my brakes were fine, explained what I was hearing and even performed a little maintenance and didn’t charge me anything. Also as I was waiting I was able to see the manager interact with customers and staff. Super nice guy! Treated everyone with kindness and respect. He won my business today. I will be coming back for an oil changes and when the brakes do go. Thank you!!!

Great experience! My husband’s truck was getting serviced and a hail storm was moving in. The team took the time to pull all of the cars into their bays so they weren’t damaged!! Not many places take the extra step for their customers. We will definitely be back. Great job team!! Thank you.

I had an appointment at this location @1:30 when I dropped off my suv will was at the front desk annoyed with having to deal with me dropping off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I came back for my car will completely ignored me he was on the phone and when he was done he had helped the rather pleasant gentleman behind me instead of helping me the next person in line. When will finally acknowledge me with attitude none the less he let me know that the total of my visit today would be $45.00 when I let him know that I had a coupon for $29.99 will laughed at me and was even ruder as he had to adjusting the total. Not only was this experience extremely disappointing but I also didn’t get my tires rotated . I won’t be coming back and neither will my mom

Despite there being an issue with scheduling my appointment, the staff were willing and able to slot my oil change in this afternoon, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, they got my oil change done quickly, and pointed out a couple repairs I needed; plus some repairs that I could make, but more than likely don't need. Each time I've come into this Midas location for an oil change, the fluids have all been topped off properly, and I've felt like I've gotten honest diagnoses. If you're considering the nearby Grease Monkey, reconsider! This place is at least $20 cheaper, and is more likely to notice problems during your inspection since they're not as rushed and use car lifts.

I have taken my vehicles for several years now to Midas and also those of my family. Andrew, Bob and Will are honest and discuss all the charges up front. They take their time in explaining my options and give me their expert opinions with no pressure. I have never felt underserved or over charged. They treat us like family. Not happy with service. Took truck in because brakes squeaked due to being low. They put new brakes on (their pads because they won’t use pads a customer buys separately), now they sound way worse than before. Sounds almost like grinding. Been about three weeks. Will go back to talk to them when I'm back in town. Likely will end up having to replace them again myself without a refund from midas. Pretty much, you should just do your own brakes and save easily 200-300 dollars and know its been done right. Or go to a dealer. Wont return to a midas.

Deceptive and Greedy: Avoid Midas on South Kipling Street, Littleton, Colorado! My recent encounter with Midas on South Kipling Street in Littleton, Colorado, left me feeling utterly disappointed and taken advantage of. I called them with a straightforward request to get my brake pads replaced, but what followed was a shameless attempt to upsell unnecessary services, revealing their dishonest and money-hungry approach. When I first called Midas, I clearly stated that I only needed brake pad replacements. However, instead of respecting my request, the person on the other end of the line immediately launched into a sales pitch for a brake inspection and rotor replacement. It was evident that their priority was not addressing my needs but rather squeezing every dollar they could from my wallet. Despite insisting that I only wanted the brake pads installed, they persisted in trying to convince me of the "importance" of the additional services they offered. Their aggressive tactics were off-putting and made me feel like just another target in their never-ending pursuit of profit. Moreover, their lack of transparency was alarming. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs associated with the brake pads, inspection, and rotor replacement, they were evasive and vague in their responses. It became apparent that they were more interested in confusing me than providing straightforward information. Unfortunately, I reluctantly agreed to the brake inspection and rotor replacement, thinking that they genuinely had my best interest at heart. However, when I got my vehicle back, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had been swindled. The work they performed seemed rushed and haphazard, leading me to question whether they even replaced the parts they claimed to have. To add insult to injury, the final bill was exorbitant, far beyond what I had initially budgeted for a simple brake pad replacement. Midas on South Kipling Street showed no remorse for their unethical behavior and seemed content with exploiting their customers for their financial gain. In conclusion, my experience with Midas on South Kipling Street, Littleton, Colorado, was nothing short of a disheartening and infuriating encounter. Their blatant upselling tactics, lack of integrity, and disregard for their customers' needs and budgets are truly despicable. I strongly caution anyone seeking automotive services to avoid this dishonest and greedy establishment at all costs. Find a more reputable and customer-oriented auto service center that genuinely values your patronage and won't treat you like a mere source of revenue.
