Dennis and his team do AMAZING WORK. Ive taken all 3 of my vehicles to him, and not 1 time have i been dissatisfied. One vehicle we have is a work van and its a pain, but they always get us in and fix it. Wont go anywhere else.

Hit a cone on a road trip that resulted in misalignment. Called around but nowhere nearby wanted to give me service. Drove into ASAP auto on a whim. Not only did they fix my vehicle within 40 minutes, they made it drive straighter than when I left on my trip and saved me from needing tires from uneven wear. I've put on over 1000 miles since getting an alignment done at ASAP auto with no issues whatsoever. Thank you!

I wouldn't give them even 1 star if I didn't have to. They told me that I needed repairs that I didn't need confirmed by another mechanic and charged me to fix something that wasn't broken

We have brought our SUV here for many different reasons, multiple times, more than four times. Bad experiences ever... We should've learned since the 1st time we brought it in. Our vehicles would last days at the shop and they: hemorrhaging money. Lack communication, you need to constantly call them to get any update. Every time we'd pick up the vehicle after getting it "fixed" something else was wrong with it.. it was worse... DON'T GO HERE! We took our vehicle elsewhere and have had an excellent experience and fixing all they have ruined here, and return it like new. If I could rate them 0 star I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

These guys are great! Took my Ranger a few years back and they were super kind and knowledgeable to help me get back on the road again. Took my Jeep in last week and now it runs like new! Good pricing, good service would highly recommend!

The guys here are absolutely fabulous. This was my second time using their services. I thought my first time there was just a lucky break. They were polite and helped with replacing a bad taste moniter so I could get back on the road the very next morning. But this time a year later I spoke with Dennis the owner about bad bearings and possibly a bad ball joint. He bring it down this afternoon and we will look at it. I did and he gave me a ride back to where I was staying. On the way he said that I looked familiar. I reminded him of my last visit to his shop. He remembered the vehicle I had had then.He told me that they would order parts and get it back to me Tuesday after Christmas. Now understand this was the Friday before Christmas that Sunday. I get a call an hour later letting me know that I did indeed have bad bearings but it was not the ball joint instead it was the hub assembly that needed replacing. I gave the go ahead and he said they would get on it. I hung up the phone happy my vehicle would be fixed but sad thinking I wouldn't get my vehicle back until Tuesday I wasn't going to be able to go visiting on Christmas. Imagine how surprised and happy I was to receive a call the very next morning Saturday telling me my truck was done and ready to be picked up. I recommend ASAP auto repair to anyone looking for a honest repair shop doing great work at a fair price. Call ASAP and tell them what your issue is. They will check it out and tell you what needs done and how much it will cost. Then you decide. They only do what you want done. They don't throw any extras on without checking with you first.
