Wow! Please check under your hood before you leave the shop and make sure your oil cap is on so you don't deal with their mess. I just got my oil change done this morning. I decided to check because it smelled like oil when I was driving in the evening. I end up finding oil splattered all over. On top of that, the oil cap was missing and I had to buy a new one. Probably never coming back here again. $50 oil change wasn't worth this mess /headache

I worked with Justin and he was great! Very polite and helpful at all times. The team figured out my vehicle's issue, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend

Went in for oil change. Was greeted and well taken by the service rep Justin. However After I got my truck back I noticed the oil had been quite a bit overfilled! I had to take it back and have them redo the oil change. Hopefully its right this second time.

Although they weren't able to help me ( cause it was worth the price for the car.) Their professionalism and speed have me as a repeat customer. I will be bring my new car here

This place is amazing! I set an appointment on a Friday morning before a 3 day weekend, talk about stressing out. I got an estimate within 2 hours of dropping my car off and all repairs (especially on an older vehicle) done within the same day. So thankful for their business and kindness!

I had my engine oil and filter changed. I had a coupon for $49.95 + tax for synthetic oil change. They did an exemplary job. Last time one of the GM dealers serviced my Chevy Equinox they slopped used and new oil all over my engine bay. Then they charged me $129. Bring your car to Fine Tuned Auto. For an oil change. There as particular as I am. Thanks FTAuto!

Friendly and professional group but I took my vehicle in for AC repairs and nearly 3 weeks after my AC stopped working all together and now have to wait about another 2 weeks to get back in according to the online scheduler. One of the owners reached out and was able to get me in at a much sooner date. I recommend calling if the online scheduler doesn't meet your needs.

This is a great place to take my truck. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. TJ, Justin and Bob went above and beyond to get me back into my truck. I highly recommend.
