If you are traveling and you hear an usual noise coming from the brake area you want to get to a reliable and trustworthy expert before you venture on. My one call(minutes before closing) was answered by the General Manager (Don) and he was able to promptly work my 2008 SRX in to diagnose any brake problems — the next morning. His expert mechanics were efficient, thorough and only found a little rust. The place was clean with a very friendly and professional environment. They alleviated my worries stating no work needed at this time.(saving me $$). Thanks Midas — now that’s great customer service.

I brought my car in to get checked out and the front desk guy (I didn’t get his name) was very kind and very transparent. My car needs significant repairs and this man didn’t charge me for diagnosing my car and filling the reservoir with coolant. This man was incredibly kind and I absolutely appreciate this small act of kindness after the bad news I received. Both men I dealt with at Midas were so very kind. Thank you

I've been to this Midas location a number of times and the service has always been great. Today I came with a car problem and Ethan and Daniella took care of it right away which was truly appreciated. I'll definitely will be back!!

I've been going here to get my oil changed for years. They are always polite and quick. Recently I was having some hard to diagnose problems with my Honda. They bent over backwards to help. Can't say enough good things about them.

If I could give this a 100 stars I would. I’m from NM and I was in Broomfield for a conference when my Toyota tundra Cadillac converter was stolen right from the hotel lot Tuesday night. I was so stressed and did not know what had happened, and the closest Midas to Broomfield was this location in Arvada. The tech Sal immediately came out after hearing my truck when I pulled in. He knew exactly what had happened just from the sound. I could not hold in my tears 😭 never thought this would happen to me let alone at the Omni interlock hotel. he comforted me and assured me that they will do whatever they can to help me out. I had to drive back that same day to NM and my truck was in no condition to drive long distances. Luckily my insurance covered all the cost with the help of the manager Don and of course the technician Sal from Midas, my truck was fixed the same day and I was able to drive back to NM. I want to give Sal and Don my greatest appreciation for helping me during my worst time. They were a blessing in disguise! I can’t thank them enough for their help! Don is the man! Dude is cooler than an ice pack. Had my car done in less than 24 hours, didn’t overcharge me, and gave me a cookie as well. This is the type of guy you can bring around anyone. Trust and believe, this man and this shop knows customer service.

My muffler gave out. It’s an old car. I brought it in to get an estimate for the repair to determine if it was worth repairing. They fit me into their busy schedule and gave me a comprehensive estimate “free” of charge. Fun place too. Everyone seemed to be glad to work there. I will be back!
