They're so busy here they don't even need my money

Done after depositing my las loan... this bank gives less options than my dad's bank! Switching to Wells Fargo for convenience n service! Been a pleasure chase (for 10 years plus)... hate to say it, get with the times! Done with ya!

Horrible customer service for a month straight they didn't have funds to cash a thousand dollar check to me. Or it was close to 5pm and they are probably just lazy. New mannagment is need!

Get your hillbilly thug of a private security out of the middle of the road before they have a heatstroke and shoot someone. Traffic controllers have hiviz vests and wands, not black tactical gear and guns. Ridiculous

I needed bank statements. I did not have to wait and the lady was super friendly and had my copies printed pretty quick.

52nd and Wadsworth chase bank is the worst bank in Colorado hands down the current manager was trained very well corporate trained to respond in the stupidest ways possible. As soon as the check clears I'll be closing my account and opening up a account with a way better customer service atmosphere.

Your time is not a priority. Neither is providing you service. Will have one teller window open with a line to door while three other people do paperwork. 10 mins before 5pm on a Friday! You mention why they dont have more tellers open and the response is go to another branch. Chase has some serious nerve to have people abide by their hours, take your money, provide horrible service and act like your the a$$hole for wanting your own money.

Great experience working with Cheryl! Highly recommend you ask for her with any help you need. We had an issue that needed a lot of time just waiting on the phone and she couldn't have been more patient or helpful. we loved our experience and will come back and ask for her every time!

Water to open a business account. Not tough; checking account, savings account, debit and credit card. First availability is out a week. Talked to a guy in branch that just went to 3 Chase branches to do same thing. None could open a account for him. I run numerous businesses and have typically $100k+ in deposit accounts AND $500k + in loans at Chase…. Not anymore.. moving everything to Wells Fargo where business customers can actually get service in under a week with someone who isn’t a teller.

Please don't get me wrong I really do enjoy the customer service at my branch! However, upon moving back to Colorado I tried to take advantage of your incentive program by opening an account with your bank with a coupon to receive $250 once direct deposit was established. This was great for us, seeing as my two boys and I just moved and recently went through a divorce, so this was helpful in is starting over. It never came through though. I talked to them twice (and the false remembers me) but because the paperwork was done inaccurately we are out of luck. I like banking with Chase, but this isn't the only bank that offers these incentives, so it really makes me want to switch to someone else who can maybe follow through. I know it is free money, but it was encouraging for us, given our situation.
