Jenna at the drive up, is very friendly and took the time to remember me by my first name. I only go once a week or so. But I appreciate it, and look forward to speaking with and conducting my business with her every time. A true professional , with a great attitude and personality!!!
This is the worst location out of all of them. Employees are short, and rude on the phone, their lobby is closed, why? At any rate, I cleaned out my account and am happily with a credit union.
This branch accurately represents Arvada: Completely inconvenient and always striving for further incompetence.
We've moved all of our business accounts to Bank of the West, mostly due to the awesome service we receive at this branch. All the tellers are excellent, Heather and Karen are rock stars! Finally a bank that understands that business owners don't have time to have a hold placed on every check and transaction.
BOW member for almost 20 years but this specific location is quite frustrating. Every time I go inside I have to stand in line for quite a while even when it's not busy at all. 2 customers inside with 7 employees shouldn't take 10 minutes to see a teller to make a quick deposit or withdraw. 92nd and Sheridan there were always tellers ready to help right away but now this is the closest location for me. It almost has me to the point I am thinking about moving to another bank. Plus I just got a credit card offer from BOW and the APR was almost 10% higher than all my current cards . . . I guess that's how you repay loyalty to customers with very good credit.
Naomi and Heather always take great care of me. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I go out of my way to come to this branch for them even though there are several others closer and in between here and my office!
This would be more useful as Spirit Halloween store.
Friendly, fast, attentive. Never long lines. Heather and The others remember your name. Great bank compared to some others in the area! The one star review below seems irrelevant, and old.
I came in around 11am, on saturday, to open a bank account and the dark lady with an accent said I wouldn't be able to open one because they already had an appointment at 11am. I guess she didn't know how to open an account and the lady that did was booked, but i wasn't aware opening an account takes an hour???? Why isn't she trained to open an account herself?? I will be going elsewhere. Thanks
If You want to sit in the drive through for more then an half an hour then come right here.Seriously I have been wait behind one person no one else for 30 mins and it is being to becoming annoying.The amounts of time I takeing me I would rather drive up wadsworth 15 min out of the way because of how slow they are.The only reason I am going to stay is to get the branch managers number to file a complaint.
