I came to this bank of America several times. Sadly is the nearest branch from Greeley (yes, an hour drive). Not their fault (this branch) but they keep saying that the branch in Fort Collins will open in summer. We are almost in fall and no news. Anyway, every time we came here everything was taken care as it should. I'm shock to see bad reviews, since staff was great, and everything we did here ended up as expected. Probably thousand people had great experience here but only a few bad came here to give a review (and mostly stuff that you can do in a second using the BofA mobile app). Hope some day, they finally open the Fort Collins branch.

If you have a time sensitive matter do not go to this bank. During my last and final experience there was only one person in front of me and the teller and him wouldn't stop talking. I thought I was invisible. Finally I just had to speak up and ask if I could be helped and he said he would be with me in a little bit and just kept chatting, so rude! I suggest going to the Bank of America in Boulder, that has always been a professional experience for me.

John was super helpful and went the extra mile to help get my business account up and running. Stayed an hour late on a Friday to accommodate my schedule, and answered all my questions

This place has the most horrible bankers I’ve ever worked with. Wasted 30min of my time there and achieve absolutely nothing. Sara the banker: 1. Asked an old lady to do a survey for her and if it’s below 9, it’s considered Sara’s failure - are these surveys even accurate. 2. She checked me in late, took her 3 times to authenticate my card, was not able to help me with opening a credit card nor a notary nor a name change. This was the most frustrating bank appointment I’ve had with this bank, and I’ve been BOA customer for a while with multiple branches. This place needs to be closed down. I don’t trust these ppl handle my money.

Bank is closed during normal business hours. 12/29. There was snow on the ground. Guess everyone took a snow day. Great job guys. People working fast food have more responsibilities and are held more accountable. You guys should all be fired.

I have no idea why so many poor reviews. I made an appointment, but had no problem walking in and being greeted by two kind people. If you are kind, you will receive kind service. Thank you for meeting and exceeding my expectations!

This branch needs to be shut down immediately until staff can be retrained on customer service and BoA policies. I am SO dissatisfied with the service provided today. I went into the branch (after 10+ calls with no answer) to ask about ordering foreign currency for an upcoming trip. They had me make an appointment for the next day. Today, I went in for my appointment, and the person I was scheduled with was with another client. While waiting, other members of the staff told me that they would NOT be able to complete my request and that I should just exchange my currency at the airport (I'm not flying). They let me know that they weren't trained on this process, so I'm not sure why the person was so convinced that they couldn't help me. I had confirmed my situation yesterday and was told I would be okay. The individual I booked with (Sarah) finished with her previous client and let me know that I could complete my order, but that I would need to wait in line for the teller since I was using cash. While I was in line, she met with a client behind me, which ended up taking 30+ minutes. What was the point of my appointment?! She came out and apologized, but I've wasted 45 minutes at this point and she's still not finished with the client who was behind me. Anyhow, while I was waiting, I called the Boulder branch and they told me to come down. They completed my order within 10 minutes and were entirely helpful. I am ASTOUNDED at the utter lack of professionalism and competence displayed by the individuals in the Longmont branch. I honestly feel badly for Longmont residents that don't have another choice for banking. I would rather bury my cash behind my house than ever set foot in that bank again. BoA needs to reconsider its training policies or be at serious risk of losing customers because of this branch.

This is a bank branch, right? Inside, it looks more like an unstaffed financial services office. There is a teller, but hidden behind a wall where you can't see them when you walk in. But that's just the start. Customer service, if that's what you want to call it, is appallingly bad. I arrived on time for an appointment and waited for 45 minutes only to be told they couldn't help me. When you call, you get a message telling you everyone is busy, but you can't leave a message. Their online appointment system is booked for weeks out. Must be because no one seems to work there. I'm a long-time customer with Bank of America and am seriously reconsidering my relationship with them because of my experiences at this branch.

Went in with my husband and daughter to open a bank account was greeted by the nicest people we waited 1hr 30 minutes for the most awful person named Sarah I am determined that she didn’t want to help us with the bank account after being questioned like if we were being interrogated by the police on why we want to open a bank account for our business she kept making excuses on why we couldn't open a bank account it was the most awful experience we have ever been thru from the beginning since she started helping us she was being weird and I think it’s because we are Hispanic it’s so sad that at this age in time people are still racist Absolutely do not go there if you do not want to be treated like this. Update: my daughter forgot her water bottle so my husband went back to get it and the manager wanted to know what happened he then told my husband that they couldent open the account because we had our certificate of good standing and articles of organization on our phone and they needed hard copies to scan them in he told my husband no bank would open a bank account to us without hard copies he then asked my husband how much money where the checks that we were going to deposit into the account I can’t believe he had the nerve to ask that. After this we went across the street to Chase and we were able to open our business checking account just fine they actually even gave us a copy of the documents that we isn’t have hard copies of we were treated with respect and in a timely manner if you are looking to open an account go to CHASE

Consider BoA an online-only bank with ATMs, because that is the level of service you can expect nowadays. No one answers the phone at this location and you can’t leave a message. You can only get to a real person by making an appointment, and apparently word is that they don’t keep them. If you can’t solve your banking needs through an atm or by calling the national service number, then forget it. A National service rep did tell me that they could close my account by phone, so at least we have that ability.
