Horrible customer service at this Longmont branch. I even went in person to meet with Laura who promised meshe would get back to me, or at least let me know if there was a solution to my problem. Needless to say, several emails and phone calls later I still haven't gotten any answer on what's going on. This has been going on for 2 months now and I am done. I am working on setting everything up through Elevations Credit Union. Credit unions are way better than these big banks. You can't get through to anyone and their customer service numbers leave you on hold for over an hour. Way to lose a new customer!

Once again Chase customer service has been exceptional. The staff at the Hover street branch helped me with what I thought was a complicated issue. They made me feel comfortable right away. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door and made the transaction seem easy. I had concern later in the afternoon about the out of state Bank pertaining to the transaction. Again they helped me confirm everything was good by calling them , even though was not a Chase branch. I don't need to go into a branch very often due to the excellent phone app, but it was nice to know when the extra service is needed its there !!

Unacceptable , being a client for years coming to open an account. All employee talking no customers and they required me an appointment. To open an additional account . Terrible branch. Terrible management

Overall its a nicely run bank in a convenient location. The teller was very friendly and they helped me fix my issue in a timely manner and so I was happy it got resolved and grateful for their helpfulness. Sometimes the line here can be a bit long on busier days but overall hasn't been too bad. Will probably keep coming back here since it is continent location, nothing to complain about.

Tried to withdrawal a larger sum of money from my savings account. The first person I talked to laughed when I asked to set up the withdrawal, as if I was asking for some huge favor or something. She said I had to set it up with the vault manager, which she could not connect me with at that time. So I left a message, and two weeks later, I still have not received a call back. Don’t waste your time with this branch. It’s very concerning when you can’t withdraw your own money.

Belinda was an amazing teller! She fit me in to her schedule same day to set up a checkings account, had me in and out within fifteen minutes and was very thorough with explaining the process! Would definitely recommend this bank!

Dan is freaking awesome. My zelle/Chase QuickPay had been compromised by some hackers and I needed to create a new Chase account and transfer my previous balance over. He was real professional, funny, and understanding about it while also anticipating my banking needs in this unusual incident.

Worst bank. I spend so much time in creating various accounts for business. They sound like we are in an MECHANICAL world and no human interaction at all. Blaming on the SYSTEM which is caused by human error and needed some validation. Easily the lady could have fixed by couple of phone calls. She preferred to lose my business instead of interacting and being lively in dealing the situation. NEVER HAD SUCH AN WORST EXPERIENCE IN ANY BANK. Highly recommend not to use this Chase Bank. WASTE of time and they also charge lot of FINE for anything and everything.

I’m unsure if it was luck... or maybe employee hires have gone through a big change... but I was greeted at the door by a women named Tatiana, super friendly and got directed to the station I needed. Where a women named Gail helped my with a check. She was also really friendly and talkative which I appreciated. And things were painless to get in and out. Where Tatiana was again kind as well when I left. And everything is sanitized, everyone has masks and also gloves as well, with plexy dividers everywhere as well as hand sanitizer stations. Not sure why it’s given such poor ratings...

Had a woman here who helped my brother set up his first bank account and really took the time to show him everything from the ATM to what happens when you overdraft your account. A big thank you to her! The last chase we went to was horrible! (The one off Ken Pratt) So thank you so much for the help!
