Chase Bank

I been a long term customer of Chase Bank for many years and had nothing but positive experiences outside the state and in other branches. I went early this morning to get cash from the ATM and I was so surprised, Chase bank cut off access to the ATM in the vestibule and removed the Door card swipe lock. I was waiting for more than 45 minutes to just get in to withdraw money. about 13 minutes to 9 am one of the Chase bank worker was opening the door I asked her her if I can get money from the ATM machine, the lady responded “we open at 9AM before I finished asking why the door was looked, she started laughing and slammed the door on me. No respect, rude and very disrespectful! The security guard was very disrespectful and rude as well and they didn’t let me in because they said I called her B….* which’s a lie. Shame on Chase bank for having people without skills running the business in this branch, honestly this is not a good idea! Horrible! Terrible ! Completely disgusting! I will never go back to this branch.

My debit card had a fraudulent transaction after using it at this bank. I've never used my debit card anywhere else. How the hell did this happen? To think I just gave a 5 star rating yesterday.

They are always nice when I go in. Although, it was a long wait in the line today.

This location is horrible do not ever come to this every single time I come here there's always an issue two days to get a paper notarized three forms of ID to cash a check with account manager kicks people out when not happy sad 😢

The worst service you can get . I tried depositing a check and they refunded to change it in my personal account. They wanted me to deposit in a business account when I don’t even have a business account. I refused to change it and when I tried going to a different chase I was accused of fraud. I had never had a problem like these I always got paid with checks, I was able to deposit them just fine. Now they closed my account and didn’t even bother to explain. They just laughed and send me to Wells Fargo. I don’t recommend going to these chase bank

I opened my account with this bank and their customer service was very good, they answered all my questions and helped me a lot, I even met the manager and she was very kind to me.

Can only rate my ATM experience. Only came by to pull out cash. ATM experience was pretty standard. HOWEVER, we noticed there is a small prariedog town behind the building. Come for the cash withdrawal, stay for the cuteness.

I went to the bank for the deposit of the business account, the person named Gabriela Escalante, she was very rude, I said good afternoon she didn't even look at my face, no responde no customer service what do ever. I asked to give me a long envelope, she told me the she can give only one, she didn't hear what I was asking.
