This location is awful. Although they have a drive-thru option, it is ALWAYS closed so you actually have to go in and wait for a personal banker, because they don't staff for counter transa ctions either. Not interested in customer convenience at all.

This has been long overdue but this key bank location is in my opinion the worst location in Colorado, they have literally two employees for the whole branch,the teller stations are closed and as well as the drive thru is closed,I have talked to the banker about why this bank is hardly operating and they said it鈥檚 management not trying to spend more money or being understaffed This is truly not what key bank offers in other/multiple locations. this location really sours key banks reputation If any regional can please look into this because this is crazy and I should not have to wait 30minutes for a 20 dollar withdrawal I have 2 business accounts which this makes it really hard to operate when I need everyday transactions, I might switch to canvas if this continues

Not sure of the name of the gentleman that helped me but he made my first experience here to pleasant. He was so kind and helpful. Will be making this my home bank location. See you in 2 weeks!

Beware! This bank no longer offers fraud protection on business accounts. If you get your bank info stolen and used, they will not give provisional credits anymore nor will they pursue the case. After 90 days they close the case and you're on your own. And without being required to issue provisional credits there is no reason for the bank to spend the funds on manpower to chase down the fraud. You will be screwed and on your own. And when the fraud occurs at a home depot good luck fighting that conglomerate. If you travel without providing travel notes they'll freeze your account after 1 small transaction. But if someone steals your info you can purchase gas in Colorado, and 45 minutes later they'll allow someone else to spend $1100 in Washington state and then allow a $3500 transaction in California 3 hours later, all being in store purchases at home depot's before turning your account off. If you fall victim to fraud call this bank everyday all day until they do their job. That is what I am doing. Stay away from KeyBank at all costs!

This is such an amazing bank. I always get greeted at the door. The whole staff is beyond phenomenal especially Mallory she has helped me through so many questions that I have had and she always guides me in the right direction. I definitely would recommend for anyone to walk in here and open an account.

Dealing with Keybank has been extremely frustrating and I鈥檓 at a point where I am searching for a new bank. I came in one morning to open a hassle free checking account apart from the regular express checking one I already had. I met with banker, Tzarina, and I explained to her the reason for wanting to close out the express checking account and stay with a hassle free one was because of the excessive amount of fees they charge. That morning while I was making a deposit the teller informed me that I had gotten charged a total of $80 in fees and at that point I decided to meet with a banker right then and there and switch accounts. Whilst I met with Tzarina who helped me open my second account I asked if they would be able to do something about one of the fees at least since I had only ever had one fee waived within the last year and I had already been informed through their call center that it is something the branch manager can do if given the opportunity. She then told me she鈥檇 write a note for him to do later and he鈥檇 get around to it before the end of the day. I checked my account two days after and saw no change so I gave her a quick call about the same issue and in that call she told me that she had left the note on his desk and he had been so busy he had probably forgotten about it but it was something they were going to do. Well, that was all on the 17th of last month and at this point I really dont care about if they do it or not but it goes to show the level of professionalism of this place. I wrote an email and not one response. I had made an appointment to come in and meet with her again and hopefully opening a credit card through them but I am no longer doing so. They will not take any concerns about any of your accounts seriously and it has been proven time and time again, it is definitely time to look for a new bank and I wouldn鈥檛 recommend KeyBank to anyone because of their level of professionalism and care for their clients.

ATM is constantly erroring out during cash deposits and eating the money, tellers are extremely unhelpful, providing phone numbers to dispute lines no longer in service and just in general not knowing the status of their own equipment. Very frustrating.

Accounts are never secure past 6 months ive had constant issues closing a card for e new one from fraud purschases found another one tonight stating I authorized with my card in person a purchase on 12-06-19 12am at pizza n grill. Never heard of it or been there and was asleep.
