Do not bank here. My son, who has Autism has gone into this branch to cash and deposit his work checks for over six years. He went in there today & was told that they can not cash a check from Chase bank. 1st, he was not cashing ONLY, he was also depositing. When inquiring when this started, her "manager " came over. All of these people were new, never seen before. She, manager told me, "Who cashed his check?" I asked her to look at his history it would show everything, she would not. She told me, "That is why they are no longer here, they were fired." I mentioned to her a Lilly, who left last year after having a baby, the young man who left a month ago. She said we were lied to when we opened the account for him, they should have never cashed and deposited his checks. I told her we would be back Monday to close account. Not sure if this bank is having $$ issues, but they are definitely having customer service issues.

I was driving by Keybank decided to stop by to get some information about Business accounts, I was greeted immediately by Branch Manager Fatima!! She was super knowledgeable and helpful and went out of her way to help me and provide me all the information she could, contacted her partners got them on the phone immediately, I walked out of the branch very thrilled with service. Took a break from work to cash a $25 dollar check from Health Images drawn on this pitiful excuse of a bank. Only one in drive thru but told I would need to come in to cash it since I didn’t have an account with them. Went inside and was told I’d have to wait as the only person that could help me was with someone else. I know because I am not a customer my time is not important but really? If I ever considered this bank before which I have never, I wouldn’t now due to this experience. So I ‘ll just go deposit it in my account. I would never want someone I wrote a check to for $25 to have this experience. I guess they wanted blood and fingerprints before cashing! I am withe the other reviewer…run, run, run from this bank!

Never can get any business done at this location and no one knows anything. They don’t return calls and are always “out” of something. It also took a month for my cards (each time) and they’re not really accommodating when it comes to customer service. They oughta just close this location down. It serves little purpose beyond the ATM

Folks, Went to this branch after experiencing poor service at the Parker branch ( waited 45 minutes for service and drive through folks waited longer) What a waste of time. Run, run, from this bank as their concierge service is a failure!! It took over an hour to open a large biz savings account, and guess what??? Have no access to those funds on line. Why? My account is on the “old platform, and best of screw ups? On line ( help) folks told me branch manager did have any jurisdiction over on line banking access. Who the hell is in charge here? I feel somewhat sorry for the employees as they are put in an “ over promise; underdeliver corporate culture”.

We're new to the area and needed something notarized. My husband called to ask if they had a notary public and if we needed to have an account with key bank in order to utilize the services of said notary. The person on the phone said they did have one in the building and that we didn't need an account. My husband asked again to be sure and clarified that we would have to bring the whole family so we didn't want to go somewhere unless we knew they could help us. The person told us to come in. So, we drag our 2 young, special needs children with us because we both have to sign the document and we have nobody who could watch them. We get there and are told we cannot be served because we don't have an account. I'm not sure which employee answered the phone but, they need to relearn the policies. I didn't like key bank before but now, I definitely cannot stand them. Learn the policies of the company you work for, or find someone who does, before you lie to someone on the phone. We're not opening an account just so we can have something notarized which was the suggestion when we arrived. That's not how you run a business. 😡

Forced to open a savings account to cash my check same day. That savings account has caused me nothing but hassle and a negative because of it's easy up transfer.

Waited 5 min in line while the tellers were in the back talking about their hair. When they finally came to the front they told me it'd be another 5 - 10 min while they open up a terminal. It was 9:40 AM.....
