This bank is horrible. I have been banking hee for 5 years and have had nothing but bad experiences and service. My wife came in yesterday to deposit her state refund check. Was told 100 dollars would be available that day and the rest today. Low and behold its tge next day and no money in my account. Che j was for 700 and we had a 2700 balance in our accou t before deposit went in. So we has enough to cover but obviously that don't matter. Horrible Disappointed!!!! 馃槥

Troy, thank you for reaching out. Any paper check may be subject to holds until we have received the funds from the other bank. This is not immediate but typically only takes 2 to 3 business days. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. There is no hold on direct deposits of course, as those funds do not have to be collected first. I have been coming to this bank for over 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this bank and the people that work there. Anakaren Sosa is always great and helpful she has great customer service skills and is unconditionally friendly. JP, the manager is one of the best managers I have ever had to deal with. Not just at a bank, but any business. JP has excellent customer service skills and he is genuinely happy to help. He has classic sincerity that is hard to find now days.

These employees are so rude only one teller was nice but the Manager and one of the Relationship Managers, I believe her name was Nicole, were very unprofessional. She was nice until I said I wanted to close an account, she then said "oh well they can do that for you at the front" but I had some fees and other concerns so the teller (the nice one) told me I had to wait again for the Branch Manager. I waited no big deal and she did waive a $10.00 fee, but came off as it was a hassle. I felt uncomfortable like she didn't want to help any further, I have a second account (had for 4 years) that I had couple questions about still but I didn't ask. For one being a Relationship Manager she sure didn't care I wanted to close an account. Why I was being treated this way who knows but I will never go inside this branch for help again.

KeyBank ATM took a cash withdrawal and never credited to my account. You file a dispute and you have to wait 8 to 10 business days. Wow really come on. I feel highly insulted, and neglected and emotional distressed. Do not Bank with KeyBank is going to be my answer. They do not care about there customers period

This is my favorite KeyBank location! I have used others, but this one makes me feel like a valued client. The ladies are always so sweet. I have worked w/ Liset two times and am always impressed with her politeness, friendly demeanor and her knowledge. She is a wonderful teller. I come in on Saturdays and have never had a huge wait. From what I overheard, the other teller there was just as impressive. KeyBank has some great employees!

This bank is understaffed and slow. When I came in on a Saturday there was one teller and one banker. I waited 30+ minutes before I got to see a banker to finish opening my account. At Wells Fargo they have 4 or 5 tellers and several bankers at a bank nearly equal in size so you never wait more than a few minutes even at the busiest times. If you want something faster take your business elsewhere.

How about fixing your machines? I can't make it during hours to do a cash deposit. 1858 S Wadsworth nor 7425 W Alameda will take cash deposits.
