Came through this branch with a few questions for my business accounts and could not have had a better experience. Service was prompt and professional, and honestly, while I live down in Denver, I still call up here because the responsiveness is much better! Can't complain, even through all of the shutdown difficulty. Everyone see to be working full time remote quite well.

JD Vaughan provided me with the best service I have ever received at a Chase location in Boulder. And, I've been a customer since 2001. He was so kind and patient. Even walked me through some rules and regulations I had no idea about. Thank you for taking the time with me today, JD!

Meh, The only reason this Branch was good was because they offered free parking to Chase customers below, even for shopping along the Mall. I thought that was a really nice perk. And they have decent teller staff. Now they strictly only offer free parking for banking services. Even though they have 15+ spots in the Garage that they will never fill. They changed this without informing anyone, so when I got back after a few hours I had racked up a good parking bill.

Walked in to get a document notarized and needed witnesses. Chase won't witness and notarize a document. However JD and Randy took the time to go above and beyond to help ke get witnesses. Then notarized my document, provided the correct additional documents, scanned and delivered a digital copy to my email and had me on my way in less than half an hour. They were professional, helpful, and demonstrated customer service that goes well above and beyond what is set out in company policy. My outlook on being a customer at Chase has shifted because of my experience today. I am exceptionally happy with this branch and its team.

Just moved to town, I need a new local bank. I went in about 25 minutes before close, desperate to make an account so I could deposit a check asap and pay rent. Alex Meadows was there and helped me even though the process usually takes about 40-45 minutes. He was super helpful (and we got through the process quick, 4 minutes before close) and he didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance like usual when you go in anywhere a half hour before close (even though I totally was). He was professional, explained everything well without boring me, and gave me tips when I didn't understand something in the process. I'm genuinely very grateful and appreciative and so is my landlord! Give this man a raise.

It seems we only see negative reviews of businesses that shun nursing moms. Who about a shout out to those that not only don't but welcome and offer a private room to breastfeed. Thank you Chase Boulder, from the bottom of my heart

I just saw a man in a blue suit (probably a bank employee) walk out to speak with a homeless man outside, as it was pouring rain. He then opened the front doors and ushered the homeless man inside, probably to offer him a dry comfortable seat indoors and a cup of coffee.

1 star across the board. so many people working and so much space yet they can’t handle more than 2 people at a time. had to wait upwards of 20 minutes just for quarters. ridiculous service
