    Well reading the reviews… Not surprising my husband’s experiences with this branch. First of all. Cameras not working on exterior of bank!! Heads up. ATM ate over 2,000. No receipts. After waiting 15 minutes finally got card back. This is just beginning. Husband goes to the branch 3 times, was told by staff” Machine ate your money. I took it out” , staff admitted to the issue. Now 3 days later it’s being “ investigated “. After 7 phone calls we have gotten no where. Branch does not even answer the phone. Don’t go here period. We have contacted the Longmont police . Fill a report. Adding to the story. Now 5 days later there has been nothing done. No money back. Spent on hours on phone with people from out of country. Getting paid pennies to listen and dismiss us like dung on side of road. Well Fargo is a bank that is literally theirs.

    I sent my 17 year old there to ask questions on her account in an effort to help her not be intimidated of banking since she will be 18 soon. Not only did this branch not help her, they confused her more and didn’t take the time to give her solid information before pushing her aside to help someone else. Wow…. Why do I bank with Wells Fargo again? There are many other options.

    If you have a question, you'll have to waste your gas to go down there and talk to somebody in person. This is how they do business no customer service.

    Do not come here for business accounts. I needed to set up 2 new (basic checking business) accounts and it took 90 minutes! The lady was very nice but clearly had no experience with business banking. On top of it, after I left I realized she put the opening deposits in the wrong accounts.

    Why have a phone if you don't answer? I've been calling non stop for 20 minutes. Thanks for not making ANY of my deposit available, causing an over draft, and then not being available to talk about it!

    Absolutely incompetent staff from the Manager, tellers, and the worthless risk assessor. Stay away from this branch!!! Went to the branch off Hover and they had me taken care of in 20min.

    We had an appointment and had to wait a LONG time to be seen for a home equity loan. Once we were finally seen, it took a long time to give all our information and after 4 weeks the loan wasn't anywhere near being completed. They told us it might take another 2 months to get the loan... what??!!! We went to another credit union in south west Longmont and had the money in 2 weeks.

    Met with Lacey to open the first checking account for my son. She made my son feel very comfortable during the process along with general niceness. ( Much appreciated!) She put other work on hold to make sure he understood everything!

    Doesn’t seem like their bankers know what their doing. Went in to close an account and was told I couldn’t close it that day because I had some pending transactions which I understood. I asked if I could close it over the phone later that week so I wouldn’t have to come back in. I was told by two bankers that they could not. I looked it up on the website where it clearly said you could. Both of them seemed clueless when I brought it up and I later that week successfully closed it over the phone.
