I’ve used Wells Fargo for years. For both personal and business, but they just keep closing drive thrus, and then when you do finally find one that is open (this place), they make you wait 20 minutes for 1-2 cars. It’s ridiculous. Why have a physical location unless it’s actually going to be beneficial? And, please stop claiming you can’t find anyone to hire. We all see your record profits in earnings. Just pay a few more dollars to hire someone who stays at the window.

Two days in a row, for different needs, I've had the pleasure to work with Caitlin- Branch Relationship Manager. She has been extremely helpful, courteous and has gone above and beyond to ensure my banking needs were fully addressed. Other staff have always been friendly and helpful at this branch.

Christina (branch manager) and lovely Arlene are extremely helpful and have the best customer service! I really enjoy banking at this location and will even drive the extra miles to do so for the future. Highly recommend this branch!

This branch is top notch!!! The teller line is incredible they really make people feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Asking what brings me in and I always get coffee!!! The tall blonde manager (hard name)remembers my name and almost everyone else’s that comes in making us feel at home! As far as the bankers the teller line suggested Ashley and they were right she is worth the wait and very knowledgeable! Love this place!!!! Also almost never a wait
Akeely is wonderful! I’ve been using this bank since I moved up to broomfield and she always has a smile, always professional, and does her job to the best of her ability. Everyone at this location is amazing as well! Best branch I have been to and I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2012.
As soon as we walked in everybody treated us with the upmost respect! My friend was actually ready to drop his account but, as soon as he sat down with Philippe he changed his mind. My friend Michael said and I quote “This is the best customer service he has ever seen at any bank! Come and see Philippe because he made me want to stay at Wells Fargo!” Amazing customer service Philippe thank you so much!
I had always been full of inhibition when it came to bank accounts, especially credit. Now that I have switched to Wells Fargo it’s helped managing my income substantially. Philippe Gourlaouen made things completely unambiguous and stress-free; I felt aware and appreciated. He was the reason I decided to bank with Wells Fargo. Thank you kindly.
I just came into the store on my lunch break & to replace my card for a new debit card. I was greeted immediately by a teller. I cannot call his name but he was so fun & energetic. He totally made my day. Provided outstanding service & I would recommend coming to the bank to everyone. My experience with the banker was immaculate his name is Philippe Gourlaouen. Provided Grade A service & went out of his way to help me & make sure everything was up to date eon my account. I live in Denver & I now will be driving out of my way to come to Broomfield because of the above and beyond service these two gentlemen provided me today.
(Old review) It's unfortunate that they can't seem to keep their coffee full and fresh. Many times I have gone in to this place to find their coffee pots empty or cold. I was just in there yesterday and it was like they didn't even care about the coffee. I chose this bank for the coffee and this is what I get. One time an employee tried to appease me by handing me a bunch of secret creamer from their employee stash (can you believe it), but this was not acceptable. I had to solemnly pour all the creamers together to create a single cup of milk and pretend it was was really milked-down coffee. There is this one fellow there (short mind you) who does dress exceptionally sharp in his Van Heusen starched shirts. He also seems to care more for the coffee needs of the business than some of the others. I'll give them about another 45-80 tries. But if they can't keep it together, I might have to say something, like, "Hey, could you please make more coffee." I hope it doesn't come to this...Oh, you can bank here too.
