I had an appt yesterday to open my first account with Wells Fargo. Leland was awesome - he answered all of my questions, provided me with resources for budgeting and goal-setting, and made sure I was completely set up & ready to go. After my appt, I made a deposit with Noah who was so friendly and personable. The manager had greeted me in the lobby as I came in & kept me informed on when I would be seen for my appt (I had shown up early). Seems like a nice team of people who care about their job. I came in to cash my paycheck but don't have my wallet cause it was stolen. I didn't think it would be a problem since wells fargo has been my long time bank but the teller Aryana told me I needed two forms of ID and wouldn't cash my check. She didn't even attempt to inform me that I could just deposit it no problem at the atm. Not even an attempt at customer service.

This review is for one interaction. My husband and I came in to exchange Euros for dollars. The teller was friendly and quick. This is my husband’s bank. I make the choice to bank with credit unions.
Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable banker. The wait was a little long, but understandable given that we didn't have an appointment.

I went in and got my retirement account squared away which went smoothly (he gets 5 stars). However, when I wanted to transfer my retirement balance from another institution, that person to help me wasn't in. The gentleman said that he'd give her my information and she'll call me the next day. She did. But when she found out it wasn't a whole lot of money to transfer over, she referred me to the 1-800 number (she gets 0 stars). Then transferred my call. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up. Guess Wells Fargo doesn't want to handle all of my retirement money. I just don't understand why she couldn't help me when I was already on the phone with her. I'll be leaving Wells Fargo as soon as I am able to.

I have been a member of Wells Fargo for 20-years and have never had a negative experience. However, when it was time to open a bank account for my 16-year-old daughter, Wells Fargo's poor press affected me, and I TRIED to take my daughter to Chase bank located 4580 W 121st Ave. The customer service at Chase was so bad we walked out and went to the bank that hasn't failed me two decades. The customer service was perfect. Steve Rojo was our banker and after he walked my daughter through her new checking and savings accounts, she looked at me and said, "this was nothing like what I was expecting, I really like this bank!" Congratulations, Wells Fargo you locked me in for another 20 years and you now have a new member.
Went into this location today to deposit some money into husband’s account, we figured this was easier since I work next door. The teller would not let me deposit the money into the account she told me that it was illegal and that legally I should not possess is bank card either. I tired to explain to her that I am authorized on his account if she would just let me swipe the card she could see that, but I was told I still could not without the the account number so I said ok let me login and grab it but she then said I would have needed to have come in with it first. After all this I gave up and said never mind I’ll just go use the ATM, (which took an additional 15 minutes cause it kept give me an error). Before I left though I said I needed withdraw money from my own account, she had me swipe my card and confirm the amount and gave me the cash. Not once though did she ask to see my ID to make sure that I was the account holder of my own account, but I can’t put money into my husband’s account. I never have any problems at any of the other Wells Fargos but this one always seems to question everything and try so hard to not do something.

The staff here is lovely. They are patient and well educated with anything banking. Every time I go into this branch I am welcomed and some of the staff have even learned my name and greet me by name. Jackie, Stephanie and Cameron are just three that I work with but they give me an ease of mind knowing that my banking needs and issues are in their hand. When they say they are going to do something they do it and exceed my expectations.
Every time Ive come to this branch, Ive received immediate service and never had to wait in any big long lines. The tellers are always fast and friendly and proficient in their duties Im usually in and out with all my banking needs completed within around 10 mins. On my last visit I was sad to noticed that they took away the coin sorting machine, which was always helpful in depositing large sums of change and it was a free service they provided.
