Customer service is absolutely horrible. Wanted to talk to the branch manager about my situation and had an hour of back and forth. Finally talked to him and was extremely unprofessional. I will be going in to close my account.

The lady working the drive through 6/23/23 12:30 has no clue what she is doing and completely rude

Worst banking experience possible! Setting up a checking account online takes around two weeks... the branch itself is only open 6.5 hours a day and not at all on Saturdays! Customer service both over the phone and in person are rude, impatient and NEVER give any answers! They lie about calling you back and their email service is Trash! I received multiple repeat emails and NEVER the email I was told I'd receive! Good lord, how can a bank that supposedly represents the greatest country in the world give such poor service? Avoid this bank at all costs and use someone else...

Worse experience of any bank I have had. Purchased a vehicle with a loan through a US bank in Grand junction. Misquoted interest rate. Then lost the title and terrible communication. Going on 9 months with title issues. Planning on refinancing elsewhere.

I'm not a customer, but I came to this building for a Chamber of Commerce event and had a wonderful time. I took a photo out of one of the windows upstairs and thought I'd share the view.
I had an account here for about a year. Everytime you go inside wait times for a teller is horrendous 20+ minutes long and your the only person in line. Since have found a new bank better suited for my needs
Opened a account. Held my funds for over a week, even though it was through a law firm in Arizona. Very large firm, so you know the check was good. Ut a check in again yesterday, once again laced a hold on my check. 10.00 for a cashiers check. WTH, not very customer friendly. I also have Navy Federal and my wife has Wells Fargo. I thought Wells Fargo was bad, but US Bank has got them beat.

I just moved to grand junction and this is the location I went to for help to get some papers notarized for legal purposes !!! It's a very nice bank , I'm used to having to go into a kingsoopers or Safeway because I'm from a large city . I got help from Kristin Lee she was super nice and went out of her way to get me taken care of . I will be coming back to this location for my banking needs
Wrote a check to my wife,she was told by the teller that she had to be on my checking account in order for him to cash it,so i guess that means i have to put all of my utility companies,insurance company,etc etc on my account in order for them to cash my checks,im NOT impressed.
