I've always had good experience with the bankers & tellers. Great building and location. I don't use it a lot but it's a shame it's closing.

The bank refuses to follow federal regulations on the handling of checks. Customer facing staff are completely unprofessional. Tellers have no knowledge on how to handle routine matters, so need a manager to get involved. Even after escalating to management, this branch does not abide by regulations outlined by the Federal Reserve and the CFPB. Tellers for Wells Fargo have shared confidential information with third-parties without permission. Management is not accessible to clients. If you choose to bank here, may God have mercy on your soul and your money.

The bankers and Tellers are nice and friendly, but don't expect to get any good reviews from a disabled customer that need services within walking distance from home. The covid19 pandemic is no excuse to treat the disabled and elderly that live within walking distance of the bank. How am supposed to get quarters for my luadry from a bank that is closed. I will be looking elsewhere for a more convenient bank for my disability needs.

We've had to sit down with a banker a couple of times in the last few weeks. Roberta was amazing with helping us set up a new account and Brian was helpful in making sure all of our information was correct. I love that both bankers followed up via email, it was a nice personal touch.
If I could give zero stars I would, giving one means they actually try at something, that's completely not the case, been a member for 25+ years, I have been treated horribly by bankers, and management including Eric Ward telling me I had to leave the bank after expressing my dislike for the closing of the Pitkin drive though that was very busy all the time so I'm sure i'm not the only one unhappy about it. Someone needs to clean house at these Wells Fargo locations! Main Street first!
Wells Fargo's main office in Grand Junction. I've never encountered a department in Business Banking that just doen't want to help you. Each person pushes to the person that handled you before. "You must speak with the person that worked with you." "Oh, they're off today. Sorry!" Then these people relay information to you that is given to them from someone in Phoenix or Las Vegas Corporate Office. What a joke! Someone in some other place determines what you can do and not do. Why have people in the local branch? I know they're hands are tied locally. What a joke! That's not business banking. That's a used car lot.
Been our bank for years. Nice friendly staff, know me by name. They've worked at being more personable, not so corporate. Thanks so much!!
I think wells Fargo is a terrible company and the worst choice for banking. The employees here are very friendly and very fast though, even tho they work for a terrible company

Horrible banking company, not here for you. Wells Fargo and this location has become a anchor to American debts and a cause to much poverty we suffer from as a country. Choose smarter and smaller local banks. Or just use aspiration banking!
2 tellers waiting on a room full of customers and the tellers are excruciatingly slow. Do better wells fargo
