    Your website allowed me to book an appointment on a day that the bank isn’t even open. I wasted 40 minutes of my time this morning, packed my children into the car to arrive for my appointment to be greeted by a sign saying that your location was not open. Makes me truly rethink banking with Wells Fargo long term.

    We have had Wells Fargo as our bank since 1986 and for the most part we have been satisfied. But today I ran into one of their odd idiosyncratic rules. Be very careful when you ask for foreign currency, even though I am on the account and in fact do 90% of all the transactions, because my husband ordered the finds only he can pick it up. It would be nice of them to state that in the beginning so we don't have to make extra trips to the bank. So mostly okay but don't try to short cut one of their unknown in house rules.

    Worst bank ever!!!! Branch manager thinks he is really something( makes comments like people arn’t on his intellectual level). Dude wake up all you are is a local branch manager, so many people in world are far more accomplished then a small bank manger. Stuff can’t answer simple banking questions. A bunch of arrogant people a that think they are big shots

    Jared Michaelis was extremely fast, friendly and efficient. He was willing to help us immediately, even when another bank said they didn’t have time for us. We were able to get someone added to my account and open a savings account in less than 20 minutes but he still took the time to break everything down for us and make sure we understood it all. Very very happy with the experience. Thank you!!!

    I am writing this because I am extremely disappointed at Wells Fargo. I stopped in today with my father today because we are handling the estate of my grandmother who has been a customer since birth there and her parents before her (Over 100 years). I recently moved most of my finances to there and then somehow my father's identity got stolen. We have never had fraud issues till we moved to Wells Fargo but we do now. This is way off. For the particular business that we have had to conduct today, we had to call from the branch to the support center. As we were on hold we made friendly conversations with the Banker (NAME PROTECTED) and she decided to look into her notes from a previous customer to see how long she was on hold. This is where my hate for Wells Fargo starts. She pulled up the profile of the previous customer to see what she wrote with her computer monitor turned to me and when she first pulled it up it disclosed extremely confidential information about the previous customer. Such as address, phone numbers, and so on. If this is a regular thing at Wells Fargo no wonder out idents got stolen. NOTE: Wells Fargo me and my hole family will be moving all of out credit cards and savings to Chase!

    Much better than the southern location in Castle Rock. Waseem and Crystal do an amazing job given the circumstances. Plan to wait if you are going inside. Business transactions (from the outlet mall) take forever and it seems like they are hamstrung with hiring since they only ever have 2 or 3 people working at a time. Use your mobile app if you need anything that doesn't require a banker or Teller, it's much easier.

    Due to the pandemic, I suggest people not to enter the lobby because they only have one teller, so you can choose to drive to the window to receive the service, otherwise you will wait a lot of time. I don’t know why they have many bankers but only one teller. Obviously This is not enough, because there will be many people who need to go to the counter in the morning for deposit and withdrawal. I hope they will arrange more tellers as soon as possible!

    Took my teen in to open an account and we met with banker Mark. We had the most incredible experience opening the account. We were there over an hour, he educated my daughter on her account, management of the account, helped her setup her online banking and answered all of her questions and mine. I learned more about banking during this visit than I ever knew before! Thank you Mark for setting her up for success!

    Almost every Monday, I'm parked outside the commercial window right at 9:00 when the bank opens. Lauren always greets me with a smile! I work at a restaurant so I don't have a lot of time to be at the bank. Lauren makes sure I am taken care of quickly and efficiently every time!
