Customer service at this Chase Bank in Castle has always upheld its professional standards and upmost respectful manner towards their customers. The facility is always well maintained and customer service is always exceptional.

Mariah S. at chase bank was amazing!! We had a very difficult issue that needed to be dealt with and she went above and beyond to help us out with our issue when no one else would. Thank you Mariah S. You are a very valuable employee to chase bank!

Chase bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. First they took almost 3 weeks to send me my debit card for my business which was an extreme inconvenience having to run to the bank every time I needed to buy something or pay my guys. Now the next thing they hit me with is they are constantly putting my checks on hold so I have to call them every morning and battle for at least an hour to get my checks off of hold. Then I call this branch and one of the workers lies to me about the hold. This is by far the worst bank ever and the only reason I still bank with you guys is because my business partner insists to use chase (he is also extremely upset at this point) and we just don’t have time to creat another one else where. I shouldn’t have to battle to be able to use my bank especially since I really don’t have the time to deal with this.

Cameron was great to deal with! I was in the area for work and needed help with setting up some new type of accounts. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them and give some personal touch at the same time. In a time of chaos he was able to arrange and help me to make the process much easier. Disregard any "negative" feedback on reviews from the keyboard jockeys that leave bad reviews due to their lack of understanding or social skills. Chase is an amazing company with great integrity in their banking history. This branch is no exception and Cameron is a great example of what makes them amazing.

I was a loyal chase customer for almost 10 years. A year ago, there was fraudulent activity on my account and someone got into my account and deposited a large amount of money through a check. The account was closed and I chose to bank somewhere else. I recently opened a new account with chase almost a week ago because I had such a good experience with Chase for years and I honestly missed banking with them. Without informing me, my account was locked and they made the final decision to close my account and terminate their relationship with me. I didn’t receive any other information regarding this decision and I am absolutely dumbfounded and irate. I’m not sure where this bank gets off thinking they can tell customers their account is closing and giving no further explanation. This is the absolute worst bank and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs. No member of any bank should have to worry about something like this happening and to be honest, I am thoroughly disgusted.

I’ve been a Chase customer for almost 20 years at this juncture. Since dealing with this particular branch, as well as the phone-based customer support that ensued thereafter - I will be closing all of my accounts with Chase and bringing my banking business elsewhere, moving forward. The employees at this branch seemingly go out of their way to make the experience with Chase difficult, are immensely uninformed - coming across as though doing their job is of great inconvenience to them. Abominable experience across the board, the result being many hours of my time having been wasted. Bottom line - heed my warning and bring your banking business elsewhere.

Walked in and stood there waiting to deposit a check without a teller or other employees even greeting me or asking if I needed help for over five minutes. Thought bank of the west was bad, this is the new bank of the worst. Good job chasing customers away, Chase Bank.

Usually Castle Rock people are really nice. The male banker at this location is a complete JERK. He made a mistake and didnt know how to handle it and said he could not help me. I had to get the manager to figure it out. I had an apt ans waired 1 whole week for the apt. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The customer service at this branch is pathetic. We opened a new account from the Arapahoe location and regret considering to attempt to accomplish anything at this branch; basic tasks are too much for them to handle. Chase - You should literally close it down.

Came here to cash a check that was written to me from a business on a chase issued check. On my first trip in I tell the teller what I wish to do and all she tells me is that I need to have the other person on the check sign it. Okay that's fine only a minor inconvenience. When I return the second time they tell me that because I do not have an account with them that they can not cash the check for me. Thank you chase for wasting all of my time going back and forth when you could have told me this in the first place. Glad I don't personally use this bank.
