This bank is not functional and should be closed or get the proper people in there to turn this mess around. Insulting and rude staff. Poor staff overall in performance. Can’t keep staff once hired. Slow. Can’t get to safety deposit box with the lobby closed everyday. Only one lane open usually to bank (outside with gas prices waiting for 30 minutes) I ask a question and the bankers said I don’t know look online. It’s pitiful. Top to bottom is a mess. This is not the bank you are looking for…

Don’t bank with them if you are new!!! You won’t get a bank card until a month later. Please save yourself the hassle! And you won’t find out they LOW ON PLASTIC FOR MAKING THS CARDS until you call them they won’t give you no type of notice which is ridiculous!

I’d post 0 zero stars if possible. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had. They closed my savings account, gave me no notice even though it was over a month ago from when I’m just now finding out that they closed it, and now I’ve got a paycheck sitting in there pending that I have to wait for to reject back to my employer and for them to mail me the check. Idk how you have a solid conscience running a business where you screw with peoples money and accounts without a notice or a “hey we are closing your account” prior to doing so.

Sierra, you are unprofessional and lazy. I waited in your drive through for 20 mins for you to tell me the bank account # was too long but it’s been the same bank account that has been written on all previous checks which have all be deposited there. If you don’t want to do your job at least have someone else do it because it has to be done.

I wish I could give this location zero stars, Every time I come to the bank which is for a simple deposit I am always here for over 30 minutes and I was just told that even though it’s a bank of the west check it would be a problem getting my money to me today. Not a happy customer. I’ve been banking at this location for about 4 years, and it’s been a steady decline. There is no reason why I should have to sit in my car in the drive-through for over half an hour just to get a deposit completed.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. It's a Saturday and I got here at 11:45. There were 5 people behind me that all left before I did. It's now 12:38 and I am finally leaving. Been a Bank of the West customer since 1988, never ever had service this bad.

I pulled up to the mobile banking at 15 til 5, there were two cars in front of me. The car immediately in front finished and when I pulled up the teller pulled the screen down and closed the terminal. She had to have seen I was waiting and had been waiting, good customer service would have completed my transaction. Poor service!!!Not customer friendly at all.

They are unable to answer questions regarding loan accounts, most of the managers just pass you on to other managers without answers. No one but the unamed back office can make decisions, and there decisions make no logical sense....i am in the process of moving all of my accounts to another bank...

Tatiana is condescending and racist. This whole branch is disorganized and rude. They lost my grandparents' information for their safety deposit box and Tatiana condescended them for hours. My grandparents have been banking with them for 30 years, and Tatiana and her cohorts refuse to open the box because she doesn't "know or trust" them. I 100% believe that this is a racial/ethnic issue. My entire family is now removing all of their assets from Bank of the West.

Opened a Business Account here late 2016. Since then, the branch manager, Mbiyu, has done an amazing job at keeping current with our business. However, businesses beware. If you receive checks for any name that is not the legal name of the office, they will not cash them. For example we have checks that are made out to specific people and they will only deposit them for the business entity.
