Lacy had no business being so SWEET!! She was so kind and helpful. She went out of he way to assist us in getting the candle we wanted (midnight cocktails is popular these days), picking up my online order AND supplying my birthday gift 💝. Customer service comes naturally for Lacy.

I'm in love with those cleansing bars. The attention in this store is amazing.

But 3 get one free. Didn’t happen. 50% off! On two items. That did not happen. Walked out if there feeling overcharged. Got home and looked at receipt. A lot of nonsale items that claimed to be on sale tonight. Not happy. I will be returning a majority of this right back tomorrow morning.

Definitely the best part about going to the outlets! The sales are always top notch and everyone is so friendly with guiding you exactly where the scents you're looking for are. The only downside is that you can no longer choose this store as an online pick-up location.

It's in the outlet mall but not an outlet store. Why isn't that deceptive practices?

I had an absolutely positive experience at this location. I have been to a lot of bath and body works stores in my lifetime and this store is by far the best. Tracy was a wonderful employee and helped me find the best fragrances for very sensitive nostrils. She spent so much time helping me pick my products, this strong woman deserves a raise and I’m sure of it.

Great service and huge inventory

I needed to pick up a few items and the selection here was wonderful. I even found a new fragrance! I'm glad we stopped here.

Last day of the candle sale, it was very busy and packed but the check out line was fast and the store was still organized well in the choas of people.
