Walgreens

Their pharmacy is a joke. They tell you one price and then suddenly the prices are way higher than what you were initially quoted. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Then their customer strive is telling you that their initial "quote" was wrong, and they have refused to let me talk with a manager. Worst Walgreens I have ever visited!

This is the worst pharmacy I have used!!! The staff are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with! Plus it takes forever to get a script filled. I had a script that they could only partially fill. They told me to call in a week to get the remainder of the medication. I called and was told I had to call my doctor and that the script was closed now. They always say one thing and do another!!! Plus there is no excuse to be treated so poorly by the staff. My best advice for anyone reading this review is to go somewhere else! RUN, RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I would highly recommend not using this as your local pharmacy. They are one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever seen. The wait time is never less than 30 minutes, the customer service from the pharmacy technician is also extremely poor. They are rude and don’t know what’s going on. I wish zero stars was an option because that would be fitting.

Labcorp in walgreens. The lady was very hostile with us, as her machine wasn't working so we tried to schedule an appointment again because it had no indicator that the appointment was scheduled, then she aggressively called out the name, and stated service was over at 11 but to come back at 1. But we were told different hours the last time. None the less it was a very hostile description of the appointment, and the attitude was not necessary

I was in this location yesterday looking for some Necco Wafers for a gift. I was about to give up when I heard someone say "Necco Wafers" and it was an employee who heard me talking to my son and came to help. I didn't even have to ask. It completed our gift for my mom. She loves those things. Just a good experience and I appreciate the friendly person who took the time out of stocking shelves to help out. Even if it is their "job".

Update :02/21/2023 The lab corp in this Walgreens the service I received was friendly and great! I believe it was a blonde woman who helped me she was very nice and made sure she explained and answer all my questions very helpful

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst. They don't have proper pharmacy staff. My son needed an inhaler to help him breathe they could not fill it onsite and they did not have the right mask for his age. They response I got was that they could call, but it was so hard to get the other pharmacy to answer. They didn't know who had the right size mask for my child. He can't use the medication without this mask. They could order it and get it by Friday? I'm sorry...my kid can't breathe and you want me to wait three days? Unbelievable...

I ended up going to another Walgreens after the Pharmacist told me she could not fill my birth control because the doctor that prescribed it was not under Medicaid, it was 30$. I told her I would be paying cash. She told me that if I was on Medicaid, I shouldn’t have the extra money to be buying birth control and that she could lose her job and I was asking her to do something illegal. Fast forward a few months, my prescription that I now have for pain was not filled because of an insurance issue that is with the doctor that takes Medicaid. I forgot to tell my doctor I switched to a different Walgreens in Highlands Ranch and here I am dealing with this Walgreens again in extreme pain and sending my husband out to drive 30min away to the other Walgreens

The lab place here very super nice competent and quick service. The staff is helpful I will recommended for both.

How come every time I come into this store it seems like the most miserable place on earth? Employees are all rude. Pharmacy takes years. Out of everything. I know it’s a Walgreens so I don’t expect much, but is it that hard to do the bare minimum? Employees obviously don’t want to be there, and they make sure they let customers know. Went up to BOTH registers and both the people working at them were rude. One guy made it seem like checking out my SODA was the most agonizing job in the world and had a tone the whole time, and some girl with dyed hair couldn’t be bothered to answer my question. Just kept rolling her eyes. Took me forever to get my prescription on top of that. Moral of the story, don’t come to this Walgreens. it’s 2.2 stars for a reason.
