Bath & Body Works

I love the Bath and Body works brand. But not this store. A good amount of the employees are rude and unhelpful. I asked if they might have any more of a specific sent and the associate just said “NO” and walked away. Didn’t offer to look or help me find something similar. Will never return to this store EVER AGAIN. Customer service is extremely important in a business. I know the brand sells itself, but come on.

HORRIBLE service. No one talked to us. Every single associate had a snarky look on their face as they were stocking. I hated that we even spent money there. I’ll never go back, this location left a bad taste in my mouth. Hire people with some customer service skills. Your associates are awful and rude.

Great service. Answered all of our questions. Better than mall location with fewer lines and same products.

I like the product. The displays were beautiful, but absolutely no customer service. I had a few questions. Usually, there are employees readily available to help. A few employees were walking around avoiding customer interaction. I had to approach an employee to help me, which then she snapped at me and was annoyed with my questions. Let's just say, i walked out spending less than i planned on. I had my granddaughter with me, or i would have left spending nothing. I won't come back to this store 😤 I have had a great experience at the Westminster and Northglenn stores, so going forward, I'll shop at one of those stores.

Amazing selection! Employees are so helpful and kind! The store always is tidy and organized! My only frustration with this particular Bath and Body works, is the horrible internet. I can never get my coupons to load even on their WIFI. It's frustrating to have coupons or rewards but not able to use them because of the bad internet.

Love Bath & Body Works!! Great variety of fragrance. Great deals! The store is always stocked and clean. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly Recommended!!

I love bath & body works however this store is the worst ! I came by today to redeem a free item and grab some gifts for my baby shower , tried to give them another try and it was the same horrible experience as the others. I walked in and 3/4 employees we’re in the front corner of the store gossiping , did not even say hi or make eye contact with me. I was not sure what I could get with my free coupon so I asked one of them , this women rolled her eyes and pointed out the section I can choose from. The entire time I was looking I was the only one in this store and they all were looking at me as if I was going to take something and not pay for it ! I felt so uncomfortable I made my way to the cash register and paid my things within maybe 5 or 10 minutes of being here, this store is beautiful but the employees make it ugly…

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Always has great new stuff. I love this store.

The manager is extremely rude & unwilling to help no matter the situation. In this case, the employees had given me the wrong info & she can't do anything at all to correct it or perhaps just being nice is all I needed for the inconvenience. Maybe the holidays is just making a lot of ppl crangy...or you should change your line of work if you hate helping ppl. I've been coming to this location for years & it really makes me sad that the manager is so rude & mean, don't think I'll be going back anytime soon or at all.

One star is probably too high to rate how rude, insensitive and laissez faire the manager at this particular store is. It’s crazy that they risk losing customers that spend hundreds of dollars with them over their inability to be flexible or even bend a little. I had an order of which the free gift that came with it was cancelled right before pick up. Rather than they give me an alternative/equivalent option, I was told that I have to go home empty handed. She was rude about it and matter of fact. I will never visit this store again. Online orders strictly and that’s because of the lovely customer service lady I spoke with after.
