The ladies at the fragrance department are sometimes extremely rude and very unprofessional. I recently Went in looking for something and everyone looked miserable!!! Will not be back again. ALSO when I mentioned to my wife what had happed she told me she had a similar experience last year during Christmas time: My wife (Latina) came in and felt very uncomfortable and racially profiled, as she was walking around with a fragrance bottle looking for an associate to help her find what she was looking for and out of nowhere an employee approached her and snatched the bottle from her hands as if my wife was about to steal the test bottle and then told my wife the fragrance she was looking for was out of stock and kept following my wife around until my wife left the store and went to flat irons instead.

Experience was horrid. Workers were just kinda rude, no selection for men’s clothing, and they had a weird wannabe EDM rave in the beauty section that starred a live DJ? Yeah, I’m good on all that. There’s literally a hundred other places to go that are cheaper, have nicer things, have a wider selection of things, and don’t have some weird DJ playing EDM next to the perfume… choose another!

It had been many years since I had been inside any Macy's. I had no idea it had changed so much. It was like being in a high priced Walmart with all of the stuffed stuffed in. Sunglasses Hut, Toys,eye glasses. No need to go back. They still aren't carrying styles I like in Women's Plus.

Men's Clothing Customer Service Excellent! Bought a suit & vest for my daughters wedding. Nice selection at competitive price point. Mr Keith was my primary advisor in clothes fit and consulted on clothing insight including details such as you don't button all the buttons - esp never the bottom button! (did not know). Later Mr Brian provided assistance including technical details such as fitted-athletic-regular cut definition and helped on mail order to procure the exact shirt. They made a stressful experience cool. Thanks!

Bathrooms upstairs behind Toys R Us area is disgusting. Toilet was overflowing on floor and bathroom smells gross, going downhill, not what the place used to be.

I like this store very much, nice fashions for every age. Staff very helpful, l recommend Macy's much nicer place to shop than Kohls and quality of merchandise much much better.

Went to buy my granddaughter gold earrings for her birthday and they had a great selection for to choose from as well as great prices. 👍

I went in after Christmas for some returns. Store was beautiful. I will say the older lady in returns was a bit rude! No hello’s no talking, almost tripped on her dog twice. Did not explain my returns did not speak at all it was like she was mad for showing up to work! Next time I’ll politely tell her to smile and have a better day. She was ugly inside. Sad for her.

I came in to find a suit and Keith in men's store knew exactly what size I was and helped me pick the right size suit and shirt. I recommend keith
