They did not provide us with good service at all. Every time we would ask questions they were very easy. Every time I turn around I will see one of them in the aisle at all times. It made me feel like I was stealing . They made me feel uncomfortable I would rather go to Sally’s just because of the customer service
They should get 5 stars for being open on Sunday! What a life savor!
I don’t know what is it but one of the workers here always has a bad attitude, it’s not inviting to shop here! I rather go all the way to the other location which is so far from me!:(
Called the store tonight at 5:30 to see if they had some color in stalk and told them I will be there in 5 minutes. The lady said "you better not come I'm closing right now I'm locking the doors." I said but you guys close at 6. She replied "not my problem" and hanged up. I should of asked for her name... This CosmoProf is the worst. This isn't the only bad way experience I had here. Go to the other location this one is alwful...
If I could give zero stars I would but I gave it one because there’s certain products I like at this location. Placed an online order for curb side pickup since I live out of town. I had done an order previously with no issues. This time it was a disaster, they messed up horribly and took no accountability for it. There was a whole different color line in the bag along with other things I didn’t order. When I called I spoke with the manager to see how it can be fixed and she was very rude about it. Refused to give me a refund or replace the incorrect items. She blamed it on the trainee and tried to do some under the table kind of deal with me. Very off-putting and unprofessional. The trainee ended up yelling at me with a nasty attitude so I hung up. Had to work it all out for a couple hours on the customer service line. They were understanding of the situation, apologized and did a refund. I was told what happened was not okay and they reported it to the district manager. This location needs a major overhaul especially with management. Until then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Last time I was here I forgot to write a review and now I'm leaving here making myself do it because I don't want to forget. I never write reviews but I had to because the girls who work there should be acknowledged on their great customer service, help, positivity and attentiveness. I hope whoever is the high up of this store recognizes them because I've been to so many stores like this and I'm usually in a place where it's obvious it's just their job. They take it to the next level and I so appreciate it and am thankful I stumbled into this place. Great job ladies!!!

This store is clean and organized. The manager, Shiela?, was AMAZING! Very professional and knowledgeable.
The manager and employee were clueless as to what needed to be done to change my account over to a tax free account. I was told they handle nothing in the store & to call customer service. I call customer service and find out the manager should have the forms for me to fill out to make the change...Amen for the Aurora store, they are organized & on their A-game, to bad i had to drive from evergreen to aurora to get this handled!
Awesome place the staff is always very friendly! During covid they did phone orders and curbside pickup and were always so helpful and nice!
