    In my experience, this Enterprise location has great customer service. I had to wait a bit when picking up my rental, however they were able to provide me with the same make and model of my personal car which was having repairs done. The staff was very friendly and conversational both during pick up and drop off. When I returned the car, Jodaun was able to provide me with a complimentary ride to the repair shop, which was so convenient! Very happy with my rental experience.

    I had a great experience with this location and the team especially Ashley. The minute I walked in she greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. very friendly, professional and made the process very smooth , I would definitely come back if I ever needed a rental again.

    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! Trying to charge my insurance for damage I didn’t cause. I took pictures of the car when I dropped it off, I always do. Two weeks later, I got a bill for my insurance with hail damage all over it. This hail damage was not in any of the pictures I took. I even sent him the pictures that I took and they said they weren’t clear enough. Lol. The picture’s are perfect. Please do your due diligence and read reviews on other websites . I rent cars quite a bit. I’ve rented two since this incident with other companies I will never rent from enterprise again.

    This place is a scam. The people are nice however they tried charging me for damage to the vehicle that doesn't exist. And when I went to contact someone about it I was put on hold and transferred to " a different department" for about 40 minutes straight. At the end of the phone call I finally got to leave someone a message just asking for proof of any damage. 3 weeks later I received an email just saying that they are charging me anyways. With none of the proof that I requested. Enterprise is a scam company.

    This location helped us out in a pinch to get a car when a different car rental business failed to fulfill our reservation. This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location had amazing customer service (we were helped by Sam M). Sam was able to get us a good deal on a car on a walk-in basis, and was even able to extend our rental by 3 days when our other car rental fell through. The car itself was a Nissan Versa, which wasn't ideal for the drive through the mountains that we had planned, but it did hold up and get us form point A to point B reliably, and fuel efficiently. The car was clean, and Enterprise did a good job of documenting any knicks or scratches to make sure they were not going to charge us for any pre-existing conditions.

    Friend of mine went in there to rent a car and received HORRIBLE customer service l by a person named Fatima. After being told there was no cars available (even with reservation) due to hail damages that happened, they were made to wait. They waited outside and never saw a car be returned and somehow after going in and be greeted by a gentleman they were provided a car. The car was there the whole time! Fatima had the worst customer service attitude and she really represents the worst of this business. If Fatima greets you ask for literally anyone else.

    Reservation confirmed multiple times, including a pick-up (Ya know, they're tag line). Get a call at 8:30am informing they do not pick up on Sundays. Understandable, but should've been on the reservation confirmation. Once we Uber'd it there, they were unsure if they'd have a car for me. Why the multiple confirmations and call?! Gave me an awful Nissan, not their fault the car sucked, who drives Nissans anyway?! Didn't explain the one way fee, so they charged me 3 times what my reservation stated. That's their fault. Not impressed. Cannot recommend.

    The car was old and had many miles. The wiper blades were broken and unsafe. The driver side wiper was falling apart. I asked what to do during an insurance claim and they said go to firestone. The location I went to said its a three hour wait. I work 60+ hours per week and don't have 3 hours to wait. It would take me less then 1 minute to install the wipers and i could not imagine waiting for the free service. The car had a bad oder and i asked if I could clean the car and they said its ok to do that. The renter should not need to clean the rental car to be satisfied for three weeks. It was a rainy time and a Toyota highlander was all they had at the time. I found a firestone 3 days later that would install the wipers as soon as they opened and also inspect the old rear tires for me. I would only recommend this location if the situation brought you to the location.

    Do not go here! They will charge you for fraudulent charges. My rental car was through insurance due to a no fault wreck. My insurance company reserved a car at their contracted rate (last year!) which should always be honored. Due to this location not have the specific size car that was reserved they decided to not disclose that information to neither I nor my insurance company and decided to charge me the differential -after I had already dropped off my car for repair leaving me in a position where I either had to comply or be left Car less. Spoke to my insurance company that stated they should honor the rate as them not having the specific car size was not my doing. Well guess what. They didn’t acknowledge there wrong doing and blamed my insurance company for not covering differentials even though they confessed to not carrying the size of car that was at a 30.00/day 🤔🤔🤔🤔.. on top of that they tried to charge bogus charges due to the “fuel being low” which not sure how you can even tell on a digital screen that reflects “full” but I literally filled up 4 blocks from the drop off location so there is no way I used 24.00 worth of gas going 4 blocks.. (even at 4.00 per gallon) BEWARE of this location! Especially for insurance rentals!
